When Evelyn Moretti was eight years old, she lost her mother in a tragic accident that also robbed her of her sight. Fifteen years later, having grown up as a blind girl, her father burdened by gambling debts sold her to save the family business from ruin.
The man who bought her was Lorenzo De Luca, the most feared mafia don in New York. He was cold, ruthless, and nicknamed “The King of Blood.” As fragments of Evelyn’s childhood memories returned, a terrifying truth was revealed.
Evelyn’s blindness was no accident. Someone deliberately took away her sight to bury a secret she witnessed as a child, a secret capable of destroying the entire mafia world, including Lorenzo De Luca.
Now, Evelyn must choose: remain the girl everyone pities, or rise as “The Blind Queen” to exact revenge on everyone who destroyed her mother.
