Redrick could do nothing but watch as the river soldiers attacked Esther to kill her while the fake Redrick smiled. The river soldiers were attacking Esther with their pointy and edgy fingers, and they seemed to be fast with their attacking moves as they partnered together so the only thing Esther could do was be defensive to protect herself since she had no weapon.

Being defensive wasn’t enough for Esther to protect herself from the river soldiers because there was no way for Esther to hurt them and they just kept on attacking Esther which led to Esther being cut by their pointy and edgy fingers in the left arm.

Seeing Esther get injured got Redrick anxious and he wished at that moment he could unleash hell on the river soldiers and the fake Redrick but he could do nothing more than to watch.

Even though Esther was injured at first, she had no choice but to keep fighting if she wanted to live, and at the same time, she prayed for some miracle to happen. With no magical powers or a weapon, Esther was completely overpowered by river soldiers.

The river soldiers beat Esther and wounded her in several parts of her body, and she was even stabbed with their fingers in her belly but Esther didn’t give up and continued fighting like she was waiting for a miracle to happen so she had got to hold on.

At this moment, Redrick could be seen holding in his pain and sadness because all he could see before him was that Esther was going to be killed by the river soldiers. Redrick also held in his tears seeing Esther was bleeding and he could do nothing but watch.

Esther knew she could be killed at any moment by the river soldiers but she was not going to stop fighting even though she was bleeding at the places she was cut and stabbed and was getting weak. Esther knew this could not be the end of her and everything would disappear immediately she made it to the river through the crack in the wall.

The fake Redrick had been watching the fighting and smiling all along because he saw himself being successful at the end since it was only a matter of minutes before his soldiers killed Esther and he won.

A moment came when Esther thought the moment for her to die had come and that would be the end of the world because she saw the left-hand fingers of a river soldier about to go into her chest to pierce her heart. Redrick was also terrified at that moment thinking Esther was going to die.

However, a sword speedily came from a direction and pierced through the hand of the river soldier that was about to thrust its finger into Esther's heart. The sword sliced through the river soldier's wrist cutting the hand off, and that made everyone froze at the moment.

The river soldier looked at its hand that was taken off but then he grew another hand, and the sword stopped thrusting into the ground then everyone looked in the direction the sword came from.

They all saw Marcelos on the rooftop of a building with a smile on his face and he was holding another sword in his hand. Esther fell weakly to the ground with relief that she was going to be saved after all.

Redrick went to check up on Esther while the river soldiers tried to continue to attack Esther to kill her but Marcelos disappeared from the rooftop and appeared in front of the river soldiers which made the river stop and look at Marcelos.

The fake Redrick was not surprised when he saw Marcelos but was confused when he saw Marcelos helping Esther and that made him wonder what was going on. The fake Redrick tried to take control of Marcelos thinking it was his fake Marcelos but he couldn’t and that got him perplexed.

Seeing and realizing he could not take control of Marcelos made the fake Redrick ask Marcelos “what are you?”.

Marcelos gave no response to the fake Redrick but looked back at Esther who Redrick had just helped to sit up. Upon getting to her, Redrick kneels beside Esther and helps her sit up by letting Esther rest her back on his body.

Redrick also tried to stop the blood coming out of the place where Esther was stabbed but then Redrick heard Esther say to Marcelos who was looking back at them “I had hope that someone was coming and you did show up. Thank you for helping and saving me”.

“I am not doing this because I want to or because I am righteous. I would love to see you dead more than anyone but at this moment, you getting out of here is the only way to get my children back and wake up from my subconscious. So I am doing this for myself” said Marcelos to Esther.

Just then the fake Redrick realizes that the Marcelos he was seeing must have been the real Marcelos that Esther brought to the illusion to help her but that only makes him wonder how that is possible since Esther and Marcelos are enemies.

The fake Redrick also noticed that someone he wasn’t seeing was next to Esther and the person was the one that helped Esther sit on the ground. The fake Redrick begins to wonder how much reality Esther brought to the illusion but that only made him realize that he underestimated Esther.

The fake Redrick knew what Esther had done would cause the illusion world to be destroyed but he wasn’t going to let Esther leave or win which meant he had to kill Esther so he ordered his soldiers to kill Esther and Marcelos in the way.

The river soldiers were about to attack Marcelos when Marcelos said to Redrick “get her out of here now”.

“Can you handle them alone?” Redrick asked Marcelos.

However, Marcelos had begun fighting the river soldiers but he said to Redrick “they are nothing I can not deal with. Focus on getting Esther out and let me show them what the real Marcelos is all about so he doesn’t make a fake me next time”.

While Marcelos fights the river soldiers to stop them from getting to Esther to kill her, Redrick carries Esther in his arms and makes his way toward the river in the cracked wall. Esther is also starting to lose consciousness at that moment.

The fake Redrick was astounded by Marcelos' fighting skills and knew Marcelos was gonna stop his soldiers from getting to Esther and whoever was carrying Esther to the way out of the illusion world even though he couldn’t kill his soldiers. The fake Redrick also saw Marcelos use his magic to call the sword in the ground to him and wield it making it two swords that Marcelos was using to fight his soldiers.

The fake Redrick could not let Esther leave so he had to do something. The fake Redrick first thought of killing who was crying Esther but then he thinks if he is not to be able to see the person means the person is not someone that exists in the outside world which means the person might be a dead person so he can not do anything to the person.

The fake Redrick decided to go for Esther and kill her once and for all. The fake Redrick made an ice sword appear in his right hand and he took a smile before he disappeared.

Redrick had just gotten to the cracked wall and was about to throw Esther into the river he was seeing but then Redrick suddenly saw an ice sword appear out of nowhere and thrust into the heart of Esther coming out in the back.

Redrick couldn’t explain what had just happened but he saw Esther die in his arms immediately the ice sword pierced through her heart and the fake Redrick appeared before them smiling.

Immediately Redrick saw Esther dead, Redrick couldn’t comprehend the emotional state he found himself in but he saw the fake Redrick pull out the ice sword smiling that he accomplished his mission which he didn’t mind.

Redrick fell to his knees with Esther still in his arms as he couldn’t believe what he had just seen to have happened. Redrick tries to wake Esther up by calling her name multiple times but when Redrick sees that there is no response, Redrick accepts the reality that Esther is dead. Realizing that Esther was dead, Redrick wailed crying as he rested his head on Esther's head.

The fake Redrick could not see the real Redrick but he did not mind that and kept smiling that he won as he stared at the dead Esther. The fake Redrick was glad that Esther's powers would become his now that Esther was dead.

Marcelos was still fighting the river soldiers when he suddenly saw the river soldiers stop fighting him and they all stood still. Marcelos wondered what was going on for them to stop attacking him then Marcelos looked back to see Redrick on his knees with Esther in his arms.

Marcelos became worried upon seeing Redrick on his knees so he walked to him wishing it shouldn’t be what he was thinking. Marcelos also fell to his knees sadly when he saw that Redrick was crying and that Esther was dead. Marcelos couldn’t explain his feeling at the moment he saw Esther dead because that meant he had just lost everything.
