After returning to Axrax with Philip, Zussorader, and the armies, Marcelos regroups with his armies and then he leads the purge of Earth himself killing any being he and his armies came across and burning down things. At the same time, Marcelos was trying to find his dark crystal using his connection with the crystal which is the only thing powerful enough to take him to where his Marcs and phoenixes are so he can save them but he has not been able to regain connection with the dark crystal and that made him thought the crystal must have been hidden in a magical place.

Philip and Zussorader also helped Marcelos to find his dark crystal by using their magic which hasn’t been fruitful because they haven’t been able to find the dark crystal whenever it is.

After the silver army got accommodated in the shape town by Nelson and Karl on Esther's request, the silver army were given clothes to wear so they could stop wearing leaves and homes to sleep since they were accepted by the people.

As agreed, the silver army helped the human army and shapeshifter army to get better at their swordsmanship and martial arts skills. The silver army, the human army, the wizards, and the shapeshifter army trained together under the supervision of Nelson, Karl, Hemdal, and the leader of the silver army (Dawson) while they await the return of Esther and the others.

There was peace in all the shape towns until Marcelos, Zussorader, Philip, and Marcelos' armies came across a shape town which exposed the other shape towns to Marcelos. There were 7 shape towns in total and two of the towns had been destroyed by Marcelos and his armies remaining 4. Now one has lost in battle against Marcelos and his armies but the people were saved remaining 4 shape towns.

Karl and Nelson made all the leaders of the shape towns realize that they would lose to Marcelos if they all fought him separately so they had to come together to stand a better chance of surviving. The leaders listen to Karl and Nelson and abandon their towns to be in the town Nelson and Karl is so their army wouldn’t be shared and they can stand a chance against Marcelos and his armies.

All the shapeshifters now live in a town with the humans under the rule of Karl who is said to be the their rightful leader and the armies prepared for a battle against Marcelos and his armies.

On the day Marcelos arrived with his armies at the gate step of the shape town to wipe them out which was in the morning, Karl, Nelson, Dawson, Hemdal, and the armies were already prepared waiting for them. The people watched as Hemdal, Karl, Nelson, Dawson, and the armies marched out to face Marcelos and his armies after wishing them good luck and praying they returned alive leaving behind the wizards since most of them were still young.

Hemdal was with his golden bow, golden arrow, and sword as they marched to battle while Karl was with only her sword since she preferred using her sword, Dawson in his silver armor with his spears, and Nelson preferred his animal form. The silver army was ready in their golden armor and spears, the human army was ready with their swords and spears, and the shapeshifter army was ready to take their animal form since that is what they prefer to use swords and martial arts.

Nelson, Karl, Dawson, Hemdal, and the armies got to the front gate and were about to walk out of the town after the gate was opened when they all suddenly saw Esther appear in front of them and they all stopped. No one was surprised to see Esther since they knew she had that kind of power and Karl, Nelson, Hemdal, and Dawson moved closer to her to hear what she had to say since they knew she showed up for a reason.

Esther asked the four of them “and where do you think you are all going?”, as they moved closer to her.

“To stop Marcelos and his armies of course” said Nelson to Esther.

“Do you think I ask you guys to raise an army so you can all go fight Marcelos and end up dead?” said Esther to the four of them.

The four of them were all confused by what Esther said and Karl asked Esther “if you didn’t ask us to raise an army to fight Marcelos, then why?”.

“You should all remember that even with this number of armies you have you will still be defeated by Marcelos if you fight him. Don’t forget he will kill you slowly since he has armies that can’t stay dead” said Esther.

Nelson, Hemdal, Karl, and Dawson reason what Esther said to be true and Hemdal asks her “what are the armies for then?“.

“We are not strong enough to take on Marcelos so all I need you to do is protect the people. Avoid a head-on battle with Marcelos at all costs and make sure you fight from inside the town. Stopping Marcelos and his armies wouldn’t be easy since he is the one leading but make sure you protect the people and while you are here I will bring an ally to help and save you” said Esther.

Dawson wanted to ask Esther a question but before he could Esther disappeared. The leaders have to listen to Esther and see that way as the only way they could all survive the attack from Marcelos and his armies.

Since the town gate was aligned with the wall that covered the remaining front side of town from the left and right sides and it had a battlement, the gate was closed. Since there was also a battlement on top of the gate built with wood, the leaders had to change the battle statistics.

The shapeshifter army and Nelson were handed swords to fight instead of fighting in their animal form since they would be attacking from inside the town on the battlement. Hemdal, Karl, Nelson, Dawson, and some of the armies assembled on the battlement filling it consisting of each army ready to fight and the remaining armies consisting of each army assembled on the ground in front of the gate ready to attack any of Marcelos’ armies that made it through the battlement into the town.

Everyone was ready to fight as their weapons were unsheathed and those on the battlement watched as Marcelos and his armies marched toward the town.

Marcelos, Zussorader, Philip, and the armies stopped closer to the shape town and then Marcelos, Philip, and Zussorader took a careful look at the armies in the battlement. Seeing the armies in the battlement, Marcelos and Philip were surprised to see the silver army on the battlement with the shapeshifter army and human army while Zussorader asked “who are those dressed in silver armor?”.

“Those are the ones that fought alongside the royal blood the last time we attacked them before Master was imprisoned” said Philip to Zussorader.

“Who are they?” Zussorader asked Philip.

“We don’t know who they are but the royal blood was in their village when we attacked them” said Philip to Zussorader.

“Esther must have brought them here to join the shapeshifter army and the human army” said Marcelos.

“But that is not enough to stop us from killing them all” said Zussorader.

“Don’t underestimate them. They are very skillful in martial arts and swordsmanship. Not only that, they also have magic which makes them extraordinary and matches the skills of our armies” said Marcelos.

Zussorader was surprised to hear that and asked surprisingly “they possessed magic?”.

“Yes and we don’t know anything about them” said Philip, and Zussorader looked at the silver army.

“The shapeshifters also seemed to be holding swords” said Zussorader.

“Maybe they think it would be better to fight with swords than their animal form” said Philip.

“The shapeshifters are known not to be good in swordsmanship or martial arts because they find it frustrating and hard to learn so they don’t want to learn them. But if they decided to fight with swords then killing them wouldn’t be hard since they won’t be good fighting with swords” said Zussorader.

“I wondered how they were able to get the weapons they are holding” said Philip.

“Even though the shapeshifters had lived in secret, they always traded with other towns and villages secretly exchanging what they have with what they don't have. They have always lived preparing for any battle that may approach them…. Don’t underestimate them. They all seem to get smarter and are always prepared with tricks while facing us so be cautious. But we are higher in number than them which makes us stronger than them and we have to use that chance. Get the soldiers ready for battle I want them all dead before tomorrow” said Marcelos to Zussorader and Philip.

The Gargoyles gave their Garrlys to the dark druids which they can climb on top since they can’t fly or climb walls like them, the Garrlys, and the Orges. Marcelos, Zussorader, and Philip stood behind as half of Marcelos' armies both on their rides, and those that flew moved speedily toward the town gate to attack the armies on the battlement.

Nelson, Hawk, Dawson, and Karl and the armies waited patiently on the battlement as Marcelos’ armies moved speedily toward them but they got ready to kill them once they got to them.

Marcelos’ armies on their rides were able to climb through the wall and gate to the battlement and Marcelos' armies that flew were able to fly to the battlement. As soon as they all made it to the battlement, they met with Nelson, Karl, Dawson, Hemdal, and the armies who were ready to fight them like their lives depended on it.

Marcelos, Philip, and Zussorader watched as the battle continued and they were astounded by the way the shapeshifter army and human army fought against their armies. They were shocked to see the human army and shapeshifter army skills same as that of the silver army which gave them an advantage over their armies.

Nelson, Karl, Hemdal, and Dawson who had only heard about what Marcelos and his armies did in stories killed Marcelos' armies with cruelty not minding their number but the mindset that they must protect the town no matter what. The human army, the shapeshifter army, and the silver army who had heard about Marcelos and his armies in stories killed Marcelos' armies with cruelty also not minding their number but the mindset that they must protect the town.

Some of Marcelos’ armies that were able to make it through the battlement into the town also had the armies waiting on the ground for them and they ended up killing all of Marcelos' armies that made it through the battlement.

Marcelos’ armies are known to be fearsome and deadly so they never care about the farewell of the battle and keep on fighting since they are also killing the opponent's armies and have the belief that they will always win in the end.

The battle was bloodier than every other battle that had been fought because it was a battle between two opposite armies that were very good with their skills which makes it interesting for Marcelos to watch because Marcelos was surprised to see how improved the human army and shapeshifter army had improved having the silver army all in the name that they all have to end him and his armies.

The battle continues till night with the human army, shapeshifter army, and silver army not looking tired and looking energetic as they continue to fight. Marcelos’ armies are known not to be armies that ever look tired, weak, and relentless but it seemed to be both the leaders and their armies and Marcelos' armies that were both relentless and energetic even though their purpose of fighting is different.

There had been many kills from both sides but Marcelos’ armies suffered the most casualties and still haven’t been able to take over the gate and win the battle.

Marcelos finds the battle interesting where he watching the battle doing nothing with the remaining of his armies, Philip and Zussorader. Philip and Zussorader had suggested that the remaining armies join the attack so they could quickly win but Marcelos said no and continued watching.
