The Marcs and phoenixes in Axrax also suddenly screamed in pain and vanished leaving Marcelo’s armies in Axrax without a leader to watch over them and lead them.

Zussorader leads Marcelos’ armies alone and manages to win the battle without the Marcs and the phoenixes by killing every single person who lives in the town and then burning the town to the ground even though he is worried about Marcelos. After winning the battle, Zussorader and Marcelo’s armies camped somewhere on Zussorader’s order so Zussorader could find out what had happened to Marcelos.

In Zussorader’s tent, Zussorader tried to use his magic to feel Marcelos' presence in the world since they are connected but he was unable to feel him, and that made him anxious and worried that Marcelos might be dead. The fast way for Zussorader to get to Marcelos was through the phoenixes but now that they have all vanished with the Marcs, Zussorader thought of another magical way.

Zussorader called 3 dark druids into his tent and they all sat down with Zussorader holding hands with him then Zussorader channeled the dark druids' power and used it to cast a spell that opened a portal that led to Marcelos. Before Zussorader went into the portal, he told the dark druids to watch over the armies and not to attack anyone.

Zussorader came out of the portal to a forest where he saw Marcelos’ armies camped and he walked toward the camp. Upon getting to the camp, Zussorader asked a soldier where Marcelos his and it pointed toward Marcelos' tent and Zussorader walked hurriedly toward it.

Upon entering the tent, Zussorader saw Philip standing close to Marcelos who was lying on the bed and unconscious. Philip became aware of Zussorader's presence when Zussorader moved closer to him. Philip was so happy to see Zussorader and embrace Zussorader who was just staring anxiously at Marcelos and wondering what was going on and what happened.

Zussorader separated from Philip when he suddenly heard Marcelos scream out loudly making him startled and move closer to Marcelos. Zussorader touched Marcelos’ forehead to check on his temperature and realized it was okay then he asked Philip “what the hell happened?”.

“Esther happened” said Philip, while Zussorader checked on Marcelos with his magic as he sat beside Marcelos on the bed.

“What does that mean?” asked Zussorader curiously, still checking up on Marcelos with his magic.

“Let's talk somewhere else” said Philip, and Zussorader agreed.

Before Zussorader left Marcelos' tent, he saw and heard Marcelos suddenly scream again out loud and he was not able to detect anything wrong with Marcelos with his magic.

Zussorader and Philip went into Philip’s tent to talk. They both sat down on the chairs opposite each other and Philip explained everything that happened to Zussorader which got Zussorader terrified. Zussorader asked Philip “you are saying Esther stabbed him with the sword”.

“Yes and after that this happened. Immediately he got stabbed by Esther with the sword, the Marcs, the phoenixes, and even Bane all screamed painfully and vanished to a place we don’t know of. Master also fell unconscious and would suddenly scream painfully after every 30 seconds” said Philip worried.

“You mean the scream I saw him scream is what he does regularly after every 30 seconds?” asked Zussorader.

“Yes. I think we should bail out because without Marcelos we have lost and everyone will come after us” said Philip worried.

“Shut up, Philip. It is not over yet” said Zussorader.

“What do you mean by that? He was stabbed with a sword that we all know is very powerful enough to kill him and you saying it is not over yet? I think it's over. We should leave now while we can and save ourselves” said Philip.

“Does Master look dead to you? He is alive but just unconscious” said Zussorader.

“And do you think he is ever going to survive that? We have no idea what he is going through or what the sword has done to him. The Marcs and phoenixes vanishing means he is eventually going to die. And I am sure if the Marcs and phoenixes with us disappear then the same thing happened to the Marcs and phoenixes with you and those in Axrax. We should leave now” said Philip.

“Where do we go if we leave now, huh? The world will hunt us down and eventually have our heads on pikes or plates next to each other. There is nowhere we can run to. The only way we are surviving is by making sure Marcelos wins” said Zussorader.

“And how is Marcelos going to win? Don’t you see the state he is in? The sword is powerful enough to kill him so he is going to die” said Philip worried and insisting that should run.

“I don’t think he will die. The dark druids, gargoyles, Orges, Orgmus, and the Garrlys are also linked to Marcelos just like the Marcs and phoenixes which means if Marcelos was truly going to die then they also would have vanished. And if the sword was truly powerful enough to kill Marcelos then he wouldn’t been in this state but dead. I don’t think the sword is powerful enough to kill Marcelos but harm him” said Zussorader.

“You are right but we shouldn’t wager our lives on whether Marcelos will die or not and run now” said Philip worried.

“We already wager our lives when we join Marcelos. If we want to live and survive we have to find out what the sword did to Marcelos and find a way to save him” said Zussorader.

“Well, I think we should run” said Philip worried.

“No, we are not running. What if we ran and Marcelos woke up and found out what happened then what do you think will happen? And again what happened to Esther and the others after Esther stabbed Marcelos with the sword?” asked Zussorader.

“She disappeared with the others” said Philip.

Hearing that, Zussorader thought for a while before saying to Philip “Esther wouldn’t have left with the others if they knew Marcelos was going to die after getting stabbed with the sword. Killing Marcelos means the end of his armies which means they would have waited to claim victory and ended whatever quest they are on”.

Philip thought about what Zussorader said before saying “you are right. If Marcelos was truly to die which means everything linked to him will also die then they wouldn’t all have disappeared”.

“We might not know what is wrong with Marcelos but he is not going to die. Esther is a very powerful being who knows the future and if the future was written that Marcelos was going to die by the sword then she would have done everything in her power to make sure Marcelos got stabbed with the sword to end him quickly just like she stabbed him now. The sword did do something to Marcelos but Marcelos is not going to die and we have to find a way to save him” said Zussorader.

“That is reasonable but how do we save Master?” asked Philip.

“That is what I also don’t but we have to find a way” said Zussorader.

Esther now in her right state of mind and her rage and red eyes gone, kneels in front of Redrick’s grave looking at the grave in sadness. The others and the strange people stood behind Esther as Camelia cried and Mike hugged Camelia to console her.

Ramsay was given his sword back and Mike’s wound (cut on his chest ) suddenly disappeared when they appeared somewhere after disappearing from the strange people's village. The strange people's leader and warriors also cast a spell that made their silver armor disappear leaving only the leaves they wearing as clothes and their silver spears became their normal spears after they appeared somewhere.

The princes, the princesses, Benjamin, Lilia, Ryn, and Hawk said their goodbyes to Redrick even Camelia before they all left for the mountain to camp to decide the next thing to do.

The princes, the princesses, Hawk, Benjamin, Ryn, Lilia, and the strange people camped inside the mountain to discuss. The princesses, the princes, Benjamin, Ryn, Hawk, Lilia, and the leader of the strange people sat close to each other to discuss while the others sat a few distance from them. Esther looked at Camelia and saw how heartbroken she was as water filled her eyes and asked her with sadness “are you okay?”:

“Yes, I am. He is gone. There is nothing that can do to bring him back. Let's move on and make sure his death wasn’t in vain” said Camelia, and clean the water that filled her eyes.

“Before we talked about anything can we know what happened back there, Esther?” Ryn asked Esther.

“What is it you guys want to know?” asked Esther.

“Everything” said Noah to Esther.

Esther took a sigh and said “you can see I went into a state of rage and that should mean that I am supposed to be blind to all things but I wasn’t. I could still remember you all which is why I didn’t kill Ramsay and didn’t want you guys to stop me. I was determined to kill Marcelos in my way but that would have caused a great calamity which is why I don’t want you guys to stop so thanks to Camelia who brought me out of the rage and made me realize that I was walking into a trap set by Marcelos because I read her mind and pretend like I didn’t. Thanks to Ramsay for also quickly guessing I was walking into a trap set by Marcelos and told Camelia to stop me”.

“So is Marcelos now dead?” Kylie asked Esther.

“No, he is not” said Esther.

“But you stab him with the sword?” Camelia asked Esther.

“Yes, I did but before I stabbed him I already reduced the power of the sword which means he won’t die” said Esther.

“Why did you reduce the power of the sword when you could have just killed Marcelos and ended everything?” Kinsley asked Esther.

“Because that wouldn't end anything. It would only bring more calamities?” said Esther.

“If Marcelos didn’t die then what happened to him?” Ramsay asked Esther:

“Pain. Pain is what he is feeling right now. Excruciating pain that none of you could ever think of. Right now, the magic in Ramsay's sword is passing through Marcelos’ body giving him pain just like the Marc’s sword did to Mike and the late great King, and what his sword did to Redrick. So he wouldn’t be able to quickly heal himself by defeating the magic that passes through his body I put him somewhere that could take long for him to get out of” said Esther with a smile.

Marcelos opened his eyes to see the dark and thunderous sky and then he tried to sit up and saw he was lying on the ground on plain wide land surrounded by forests, and all his Marcs and phoenixes also regaining consciousness. Marcelos was surprised and confused to see all his phoenixes and Marcs with him and wondered how they all got there. Marcelos wondered where they were looking around just then his Marcs came to him and asked where they were but he couldn’t give any reply to them because he had no idea.

Marcelos tried to use his magic but realized he couldn’t feel his magical powers because they seemed like they had disappeared which got Marcelos confused. Then Marcelos told Bane to breathe her flame to Bane to see if Bane can and Bane was able to. Marcelos wondered what was going on if his Marcs and phoenixes' power remained but he lost his power just then he saw an unknown creature that was very much in number hurriedly come out of the forest toward them from the north side.

Marcelos took a careful look at the creatures but was not able to identify them and he said to his Marcs and phoenixes to be ready to fight as he also prepared for the battle.
