The strange people that came out of the wall cave looked human, all dressed in leaves, their faces were painted differently, they spoke the ancient language, and they were all holding spears made of wood.

The princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Benjamin, and Ryn were all shocked and became scared upon seeing the strange people come out of the wall cave. Seeing the strange people, the princes, the princesses, Lilia, and Hawk quickly went for their weapons. Just as the princes, the princesses, Hawk, and Lilia got to their weapons, the leader of the strange people said in the ancient language to them “we are not here to harm you but help”.

The princes, the princesses, Hawk, and Lilia were about to unsheathe their weapons and Tracy was about to fix an arrow to her golden bow when they all heard the leader talk to them but they unsheathed their weapons pointing them toward the strange people and Tracy fixed an arrow to her golden bow pointing It toward the strange people. Upon hearing the leader, the others looked at Ramsay, Lilia, Esther, Noah, Ryn, Hawk, and Benjamin who understood the language with their facial expression asking what the leader said, and Esther said to the others “he said they are not here to fight us but help us”.

“And how do we believe them when we saw them come out of the wall” said Redrick.

“We can't trust them when we don't know anything about them. What if they are trying to trick us and we find ourselves in a dangerous situation again” said Tracy to the others.

Esther said in the ancient language to the strange people “we don't know anything about you people so how do we know you don't have any ill intentions toward us?”.

The leader of the strange people said to Esther “and how do you know we have ill intentions toward you? We just want to help”.

“Why would you want to help us?” Hawk asked the leader of the strange people.

“Because that is just who we are. We are peaceful people and helping people in need of help who venture deep into this part of the world is our calling. We will not harm you if you also do not harm us. We just want to help” said the leader of the strange people.

Esther told the others who didn’t understand the language what the leader said and Lilia said to Esther “we can’t trust what he says”.

“But we can trust what Esther says. We need to get Mike's wound treated and find a way to save Redrick if they can help and are willing to help us” said Kinsley to the others.

“What do you mean by we should trust them? We don’t know anything about them. What if they are just dangerous just like the others we have met?” said Ryn to the others.

“He meant that we should trust Esther. She should be able to read their minds so she could tell us who they truly are and if they meant peace” said Ramsay to the others.

“I guess we can do that” said Benjamin, and Esther looked at everyone to see they were all in agreement.

Esther looked at all the strange people reading their minds at the same and realized they truly meant no harm but wanted to help them because that is what they always do. Esther told the others that the strange people truly wanted to help them and meant no harm. Hearing that, Hawk asked the leader of the strange people “how are you going to help my brothers?”.

“You are going to have to come with us. Come with us to our home and we will help you” said the leader of the strange people.

Esther told the others who didn’t understand the language what the leader said and they moved closer to each other to talk among themselves to agree on whether to follow the strange people or not.

The princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Ryn, and Benjamin agreed to go with the strange people carrying Redrick. The princes, the princesses, Lilia, and Hawk sheathed their weapons and agreed to follow the strange.

The princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Benjamin, and Ryn came out of the wall cave with Redrick and the strange people into a small village seeing houses that were built like huts, and that shook them. The princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Benjamin, and Ryn were surprised to see the village and wondered how a village existed inside the wall cave.

The princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Benjamin, and Ryn were surprised by the way the people of the village welcomed them as they were being taken to a house. Upon getting to the house, the leader of the strange people told the prince, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Benjamin, and Ryn that they would all be spending the night in the house and then they would all talk in the morning but wanted to take Redrick with them. Seeing they were going to take Redrick with them, the princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Benjamin, and Ryn didn’t want them to, asking why Redrick couldn’t stay with them but Esther told the others to let the strange people take Redrick. Because of Esther, they all let the strange people take Redrick.

It took the princes, the princesses, Hawk, Benjamin, Lilia, and Ryn hours before they were able to sleep in the house given to them even though they followed the strange people they didn’t trust them.

MORNING

The princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Benjamin, and Ryn were woken up by the continuous sound of screams that they were all hearing from their sleep. Upon waking up, they all recognize the voice that was screaming that they were all hearing to be that of Redrick. Realizing that, the princes, the princesses, Hawk, Ryn, Benjamin, and Lilia became anxious and the princes, the princesses, Hawk, and Lilia all took their weapons and went out of the house.

As the princes, the princesses, Hawk, Ryn, Benjamin, and Lilia hurriedly walked toward the house the sound of screaming was coming from, they all saw the strange people strangely looking at them and wondered why they were looking at them like that but they never stopped walking to their destination.

Upon getting inside the house, the princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Benjamin, and Ryn were all surprised to see the leader of the strange people and some of the strange people treating Redrick which was why he was screaming. They all also saw Redrick lying on a mat on his belly while the strange people tried to extract the dark magic out of him which was why he was screaming.

The strange people sent the princes, the princesses, Lilia, Ryn, Hawk, and Benjamin out of the house and they had to leave so they could give the strange people space. The princes, the princesses, Benjamin, Ryn, Lilia, and Hawk wait outside the house for the strange people to be done and at the same time, praying that the strange people succeed in healing Redrick and the screaming sound they are hearing to stop because it hurt them as they continue to hear it.

After some hours, the princes, the princesses, Hawk, Benjamin, Ryn, and Lilia saw the leader of the strange people coming outside the house after the screaming stopped and they all went to him. Upon getting to the leader of the strange people, the princes, the princesses, Hawk, Ryn, Benjamin, and Lilia asked the leader of the strange people about Redrick but the leader told them that before he tells them anything about Redrick they should first take a bath and have a change of clothes. The princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Benjamin, and Ryn wondered why the leader would say that and wanted to go into the house to check on Redrick but Esther told them to obey the leader.

The princes, the princesses, Ryn, Lilia, Benjamin, and Hawk were taken to the river where they took their bath separately. They were also given new clothes and that made them wonder where the strange people got such clothes and why didn’t they wear them instead of the leaves they were wearing.

After bathing and being given new clothes which they changed into, the princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Benjamin, and Ryn were fed before they were all invited to the leader's home.

Esther, Hawk, Ramsay, Mike, and Camelia were the ones who went to the leader's house while the others stayed behind to learn about the strange people. Inside the leader's house were Esther, Hawk, Mike, Ramsay, and Camelia seated on the floor same as the leader and Esther asked the leader “how is Redrick?”.

“I don’t know what Redrick was stabbed with but whatever stabbed him is very powerful and dark. Redrick should have died by now if not for the magic that slows down the dark magic that is infecting and killing him slowly. We tried extracting the dark magic inside but we couldn’t” said the leader to Esther, Ramsay, Mike, Camelia, and Hawk, and Hawk interpreted what the leader said to Mike and Camelia.

“What do you mean by you can’t? I thought you said you could help heal him” said Esther to the leader, and Hawk interpreted what Esther said to the leader to Mike and Camellia.

“Yes, we can but there is a problem” said the leader, and Hawk interpreted what the leader said to Mike and Camelia.

“What problem?” Ramsay asked the leader, and Hawk interpreted for Mike and Camelia.

“You all see Redrick screaming as we tried to extract the dark magic in me and that is because of a reason. Whosoever owns what Redrick was stabbed with is a very powerful person and should be feared. I don’t know how this is possible but the dark magic inside Redrick has been linked with Redrick's soul which means if we try to extract the dark magic we will also be extracting Redrick's soul from his body. Extracting the dark magic which is the only way to save Redrick also means killing him” said the leader, and Hawk interpreted to Camelia and Redrick.

Esther, Ramsay, Hawk, Mike, and Camelia became anxious and terrified upon hearing that, and the leader said to them “you have to choose whether we should extract it or not. Redrick also doesn't have much time left”.
