The princes, the princesses, Hawk, Benjamin, Ryn, and Lilia regain consciousness to see that it is still night but they are all tied in different ways and different poses to the trees by the vines. They were all surprised to see themselves tied to the trees by the vines surrounding their body and looked at each other. They also saw their weapons and other things on the ground right in front of them. Redrick said “as usual.. Always finding ourselves in trouble”, feeling down.

“What the fuck are the vines doing?” said Benjamin.

“Who knows? But I don’t think they are trying to kill us if we are still very much alive and not hurt even after they knock us out” said Kinsley.

“What if they are just taking their time? I said it. This journey was a bad idea. Let's hope we survive this and make it out alive” said Ryn.

“We all will. All we need to think about right now is how to free ourselves from these vines that are tying us down” said Noah.

“And how is that going to be possible? First, these vines are living vines that can act on their own, or who knows if they are being controlled? And second, the only things that help us free ourselves are right here in front of us which we are unable to access and reach” said Mike.

“Maybe I should try changing into an ant. In that shape, I can be able to get away from the vines and free the others” said Hawk.

“That is a great idea. I think you, Benjamin, and Ryn should try that” said Ramsay.

Benjamin, Ryn, and Hawk tried changing into different animals but they couldn’t (not even one) because the vines were preventing them from changing. Seeing they couldn’t change made Lilia ask them “why aren’t you guys changing?”.

“These vines aren’t just ordinary vines. I think they are spelled or filled with some creepy magic” said Hawk.

“Then how do we get out of these vines?” said Tracy.

“Why don’t you guys try using your magic to free yourselves then everyone” said Kylie to Esther, Noah, and Ramsay.

“Yeah. Our magic should work” said Ramsay.

“Our magic won’t work” said Esther, and they all looked at her wondering what she meant by that.

“It seemed you guys didn’t notice. I was the first to be conscious and I have tried everything to free myself and I couldn’t. These vines are magical. Magic doesn’t work on them and nor can anyone tied with them be able to use their magic. I have also tried calling the golden arrow to me but it didn’t come to me which means my presence here is not real. So I don’t think Ramsay can call his sword to him either which means as long as we have the vines on there is no magic” said Esther.

Hearing that made the others wonder what Esther meant by her presence here is not real and Ramsay tried to call his sword to him but it didn’t respond. Seeing the sword didn't answer him, made Ramsay say angrily “what the hell is going on?”.

“I think we all know. We are out of the path and now we are tied to trees by the vines knowing of the two dangerous creatures in this forest. I pray we don’t die” said Camelia.

“To be sincere guy, we have all become invisible” said Esther.

The others were confused to hear that and Mike asked Esther “Invisible? What do you mean by that?”

“What I mean is that right now we are invisible to our things and our powers. We can see and feel them but they can't see and feel us which is why we can't call upon them or use them. Thanks to the damned vines” said Esther.

Everyone became worried to hear that and Tracy asked “does that mean we aren't getting out of here?”.

“We are still alive which counts for something. But being able to free ourselves is impossible right now” said Esther.

“Then who is going to help us?” said Benjamin.

Just then they all saw the lobsters coming toward them from the left side and Stinxes coming toward them from the right side, and not only that, but they also saw vines in the shape of a human accompanying the lobsters and 2nd vines in the shape of human accompanying the Stinxes too.

The princes, the princesses, Hawk, Benjamin, Ryn, and Lilia were surprised to see the vines in the shape of humans but were afraid to see lobsters and Stinxes which are said to be dangerous for humans. As they walked toward them, Redrick said “now I know why we weren't killed by the vines and why they don't intend to kill us. We are to be food for the lobsters and the Stinxes”.

“I guess we are really dying this time around. There is no way we can be saved this time around” said Ryn.

“Stop being negative about this journey always, Ryn. We aren't going to die here. Maybe we can negotiate with them” said Ramsay.

“That won't be necessary. The book never said anything about them ever being involved in any negotiation so I don't think we can negotiate with them or else we want them to devour us. The book only talks about them devouring their prey” said Lilia.

“Does that mean we get to just watch while they eat us all?” said Tracy.

“Well, there is something you guys
might not know that the book talked about” said Redrick.

“I don't think now is the time for you to joke around and be the dumb you have always been” said Mike annoyingly to Redrick.

“Well, am telling the truth” said Redrick, and looked at every one of them to see they had no idea what he was talking about and they didn't believe me.

“The book we read did not talk about anything that we don't know and none of the things the book talked about can get us out of here” said Noah to Redrick.

“Well, I know this is a normal thing you guys do. None of you ever believe in me and always look down on me. This time I guess I will have to show my worth so you guys should let me do the talking when the lobsters and Stinxes get here” said Redrick.

“Are you sure about this, love?” Esther asked Redrick.

“Don't you believe in me also?” Redrick asked Esther.

“I do. So show them you are much more than they thought you were” said Esther with a smile.

“So no one should talk and let me do the talking” said Redrick.

The lobsters and Stinxes with each of the vines that accompany them stopped a few paces from each other and they all looked at the princes, the princesses, Hawk, Benjamin, Ryn, and Lilia as they all stared at them back. The leader of the Stinxes said “What a great night to have a great meal”.

The leader of the lobsters said “tonight is going to be one of a kind night”, and they were all surprised to hear a lobster talk but didn't see it open its mouth.

Marcelos, Philip, and his armies arrived in front of the wild forest and stopped. Marcelos took a careful look at the forest feeling a bad energy from the forest. Marcelos said to Philip and his armies “I can feel a bad energy from this forest which means this forest is a bad forest. Remember to stick to each other”, before entering the forest.

“Yes master” said Philip and the armies in a union.

Marcelos’ armies walked into the forest while Marcelos, Philip, and the Marcs flew their phoenixes to the sky to watch over the armies from the sky.
As Marcelos’ armies walked into the wild forest they didn't see any path nor did the moon light the path for them but they kept walking minding nothing.

The 1st vines that accompany the lobsters count the number of the princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Ryn, and Benjamin which count that they are thirteen in number. The two vines discuss with lobsters and Stinxes the number of humans they are going to take while the princes, the princesses, Ryn, Lilia, Benjamin, and Hawk do nothing but watch without uttering a word. The Stinxes were given 6 humans while the lobsters were given 7 which they both agreed.

The lobsters and the Stinxes were about to take the humans when Redrick said to them “you guys need to calm down and wait”, and they all stopped hearing Redrick.

Redrick said to the vines, Stinxes, and lobsters “having been waiting patiently for you to be done with whatever you were doing. I can see you just shared us as if we are things that can shared and eaten. Well for your information, I don't like the way we were shared so………”, while the others watched.

“And who the hell are you?” the leader of the Stinxes asked Redrick.

“Oh sorry. My name is Redrick and I am the one on your side” said Redrick to the leader of the Stinxes.

“Shut your mouth and don't say anything again” said the leader of the lobsters.

“I will stop talking when I have made my point” said Redrick.

“What stupid point?” the leader of the lobsters asked Redrick.

Redrick faced the two vines in human shape and said to them “it is said that the prey has the right to choose who to get eaten by. Which means the prey has the right to choose its predator if I am right”

Hearing that made the two vines look at each other wondering if what Redrick said was right while the princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Benjamin, and Ryn wondered what Redrick was doing because such words were never written in the book. The 1st vines said to Redrick “I don't know about that”.

“That is because you don't know about the rule of the forest like you claim you do. And it is also a shame that you vines are the guidances of the forest don't know this rule” said Redrick to the 1st vines.

“I think you are right about the rule” said the 2nd vines to Redrick, and the 1st vines looked at the 2nd vines if it knew what it was talking about and it nodded its head while the 1st vines wondered how come it did not know about the rule when the 2nd vines did.

Redrick said “which means we preys get to choose who to get eaten by and I and my brothers and sisters choose to get eaten by the Stinxes”.

Hearing that made the lobsters annoyed while the princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilla, Ryn, and Benjamin wondered what kind of trick Redrick was pulling. The leader of the lobsters said “What kind of stupid rule is that that I have never. I will never agree to this”.

“It is the rule of the forest so you have to…….” said Redrick.

Redrick was cut short words as the leader of the lobsters said to Redrick “I don't want to hear anyone word from you anymore. I will not be deceived by this blatant lie”, and said to the other lobsters “get our share for me and let's get going”.

Just as 7 lobsters were about to untie the seven humans given to them then the leader of the Stinxes said to 7 lobsters “don't you dare touch them”, making them stop.

The leader of the Stinxes asked the princes, the princesses, Lilia, Ryn, Benjamjn, and Hawk “are you all willing to be eaten by the Stinxes alone?”.

Hearing the question made the princes, the princesses, Hawk, Lilia, Ryn, and Benjamin look at Redrick with their facial expressions asking what they should do. Redrick nodded that they should say yes and they all said yes to the Stinxes’ leader.

The Stinxes’ leader looked at the lobsters’ leader and said to him “it is a must to follow the rule of the forest and according to the rule we just heard about, it is said that the prey can choose its predator and the prey had just chosen the Stinxes to be their predator. So we shall have them all to ourselves”.

“I will never agree to such a rule. I shall have what is mine” said the leader of the lobsters to the leader of the Stinxes.

“Are you going to disobey the rule of the forest?” the leader of the Stinxes asked the leader of the lobsters.

“You are the one trying to be greedy when it is not right. Over the years we have always shared so why should we follow this rule?” said the leader of the lobsters to the Stinxes.

“We have to listen to the rule because that is an order given by the vines which come from the forest. The prey are all ours according to the rule so we shall have them” said the leader of the Stinxes to the leader of the lobsters.

“This is absurd. I will not be fooled by a lie from a prey. I shall have what is mine” said the leader of the lobsters to the leader of the Stinxes.

“Then you will have no choice but to deal with us since according to the rule, all the prey is ours since they chose us to be their predator,” said the leader of the Stinxes to the leader of the lobster.

The leader of the lobsters and Stinxes both stared at each other as the other lobsters and Stinxes prepared to fight each other over the humans while the princes, the princesses, Hawk, Ryn, Benjamin, and Lilia came to realize that Redrick's mission was to cause disagreement between the lobsters and the Stinxes so they could fight each another and they use that chance to escape.

The lobsters and the Stinxes were about to attack each other when a vine came out of nowhere and thrust into the 1st vine passing messages of Marcelos and his armies’ presence in the wild forest. The 1st vines were able to stop the battle between the lobsters and Stinxes for the humans by telling them more prey had just entered the wild forest.

Hearing that stopped the lobsters and Stinxes from attacking each other and they all decided to go deal with the prey that had just entered the wild forest but just then they all heard the screeching sound of the sky from the sky and they all looked up to see the phoenixes.

They were all still looking at the phoenixes and their riders in the sky when they saw Marcelos’ armies coming toward them hurriedly and the lobsters and Stinxes ran to attack Marcelos’ armies.
