Karl returned and joined the princes, the princesses, Hemdal, Lilia, Benjamin, Ryn, and Nelson to have fun. None of them could ask Karl where she took the dark crystal because it was to be a secret so Marcelos wouldn't find it. Karl made it her job to also train the human army and the shapeshifter army together, and everyone was shocked by her skill in martial arts, swordsmanship, and any animal shape form. Karl also sometimes challenges the princes, the princesses, Hemdal, Lilia, Benjamin, Ryn, and Nelson to a normal fight but no one was ever able to beat her, she always beat them. The return of Karl also made Hawk and princess Tracy to be distant from each other. They could no longer be together like they were before Karl came back because of the fear of what Karl might do if she found out about them.

One morning, Karl was passing through the hallway leading to the rooms when she suddenly felt an energy coming from Hemdal's room. Karl stopped as she felt the energy and made her way to Hemdal's room to see what was causing the energy. Upon entering Hemdal's room, Karl followed the direction the energy was coming from and came to see the golden bow and arrow where Hemdal hid them. Karl smiled upon seeing and touching the golden bow and arrow then said ''have missed you guys too''.

Karl took the golden bow and arrow and made her way out of Hemdal's room. Karl met everyone seated in the living room talking and laughing then she said hi to everyone, kissed Hawk on his forehead, and wished him good morning. Hemdal was surprised to see his golden bow and arrow in Karl's and wanted to ask her what she was doing with it but before Hemdal could talk Karl told Hemdal to come with her and made her way out of the house.

Hemdal and the others wondered why Karl told Hemdal to come with her then prince Redrick said to Hemdal ''why do I think something is going on between you two''.

''Shut up your mouth, Redrick'' said Hemdal to prince Redrick.

''Redrick might be right. Don't forget she said the reason why she is letting us stay is because of you and you both seem to have known each other before she got here which you refuse to tell us'' said prince Mike to Hemdal.

''They can never be anything between them. Though it might seem my sister has changed because she seems to be nicer and cares now but one thing will never change. Her love for uncle will never change'' said Nelson.

''And she told me how they met which was when Hemdal was training alone in the forest and she just decided to play with him. Go to her Hemdal, she hates when one keeps her waiting'' said Hawk, then Hemdal left the house to go meet Karl.

Karl and Hemdal go to the forest where they first meet together as requested by Karl. When they got to the forest Karl gave the golden bow and arrow to Hemdal and told him to shoot the golden arrow. Hemdal smirked and said to Karl ''I can't do that''.

''And why is that?'' asked Karl.

''Because I find it impossible. I can't even pull the bowstring not to talk of shooting the arrow with it'' said Hemdal.

''And why do you think you find it impossible to pull the bowstring?'' asked Karl.

''I don't know. Maybe am not good enough with arrows and bows'' said Hemdal.

''Do you even know that that arrow in your hand has a name, and what kind of arrow and bow you are holding?'' asked Karl.

'' I don't know if the arrow has any name and I also don't know the kind of arrow and bow am holding except the fact that they are both golden and magical. I don't even know why it was given to me instead of someone else'' said Hemdal.

''Well, let me tell you a little story. There was once a tribe called the Archies. The Archies have no magical powers or strength of any kind except their connection with their bows and arrows. The bond the Archies share with their arrows and bows is like the bond of a mother and child. They loved their bows and arrows and treated them like a child which is why whenever the Archies are making a bow or arrow they pour their heart, intention, and wishes into it with a spell word while making it. When it is done they become connected to their bow and arrow which is why the Archies' arrow never misses a target.

You see the bow and arrow you are holding hands is two of a kind, this one and its twins, and it was made the same way every arrow and bow of the Archies were made but something was different. You see the arrow and bow you are holding and its twin were made out of love. Back in the days when every being lived in peace in the kingdoms, Aurora was the youngest sister of the leader of the Archies known to be calm, gentle, and loving. She was very open and that made everyone love her, and her gentleness made some see her as a weakling but Aurora fell in love with a traveler. The traveler Aurora fell in love with was a traveler who traveled much and everywhere that doesn't stay around much, and that Aurora hardly saw and missed a lot. Aurora doesn't anything about the traveler except the undying and unexplainable love she has for him so Aurora makes the two arrows and bows with the blood of hers and that of her lover. The two bows and arrows were linked to the heart of Aurora and her lover. Aurora held a bow and arrow and gave the other bow and arrow to her lover so the bows and arrows could always pass a message of either Aurora's message to her lover or her lover's message to her Aurora.

The bows and arrows of such were only recorded once in the history of the Archies which was held by the lovers known to be the first Archies but their bows and arrows were silvers not golden, and the arrows and bows of Andrea and her lover were much different and powerful that the first. It always carries the message of their hearts to one another. If Aurora shoots her bow to her lover, it will go wherever he is to deliver Aurora's message and return to Aurora. If her lover also shoots his arrow to Aurora it will do the same. For a while that was how Aurora and her love communicated with each other whenever they were far away from each other until the Marcelos came.

When Marcelos arrived with his armies to eradicate mankind, his armies killed Aurora's lover and that broke her heart but before Aurora's lover died he sent the golden bow and arrow to Aurora with a message that he was sorry. Hearing her lover's last message to her brings out the monstrous rage inside Aurora that fears everyone, and since the arrows and bows were linked to Aurora's heart they aid her rage by fixing together to become one giving Aurora powers that have never been recorded in the history of the Archies.

No one was able to stop Aurora, not even her elder sister as she went on to face Marcelos who took the love of her life, with the golden arrows and bows that had become one. Aurora was the first person to ever face Marcelos. Marcelos' armies tried to stop Aurora when she came to kill Marcelos but with the numbers of Marcelos' armies, they were unable to stop her. The golden bows and arrows aided Aurora in battle making her invisible and with them, no one could stand in the way of Aurora. Marcelos was losing too much of his armies to a girl he knew to be a weakling in the process of protecting him and that shocked him then Marcelos told his armies to let her come through to him. Marcelos' armies let Aurora through to Marcelos and Marcelos asked what is it that he had done to Aurora for wanting his death but Aurora attacked Marcelos telling Marcelos he killed her heart.

Marcelos thought he would be able to defeat Aurora with his powers but was surprised at how powerful the bows and arrows had made Aurora. Marcelos was shocked by the way Aurora fought him and her powers, and that was also the first time Marcelos was scared of someone ever since he attained his powers. Aurora defeated Marcelos but Aurora couldn't win because Marcelos couldn't be killed. Marcelos had to fight Aurora with the aid of his Marcs to be able to defeat Aurora by giving injuries to every single part of her body but Marcelos also couldn't kill Aurora because he knew he took something powerful from her then Marcelos sent Aurora's defeated body and her bow and arrow back to the Archies.

Everyone thought Aurora would survive but she didn't. Aurora dies after separating the bow and arrow into two and gives them to her elder sister with a message that if anyone wants to tame the golden bows and arrows he/she has to give his or her heart to them or else no one will ever be able to. And ever since that, only a few have been able to wield the both of them'' said Karl, and moved closer to Hemdal.

Karl took the golden arrow and bow from Hemdal and fixed the arrow to the bowstring then pulled it backward as she targeted a tree. Karl said to Hemdal ''because when you give your heart to the arrows and bows, the arrows and bows will love you back and bond with you. Don't forget it was created out of love''.

Then Karl let go of the arrow and it went speedily in a blink of an eye toward the tree Karl targeted hitting it.

Hemdal was shocked by the speed the golden arrow moved which was unlike other arrows. Hemdal asked Karl ''so you mean I have to give my heart to the golden bow and arrow to be able to use them?''.

''Yes, and only if they love you back will you be able to use them'' said Karl.

''Okay, then I have to make them love me back but how?'' asked Hemdal.

''I don't know about that'' said Karl.

''But you were able to use them which means they love you back. So how do they come to love you back?'' asked Hemdal.

''I don't know maybe because I was already in love with them the first moment I set my eyes on them'' said Karl with a smile.

''Oh, I see. I guess you knew Aurora judging by you saying the arrow and bow belong to your friend'' said Hemdal.

''Yes. There was a time when I wanted to prove to my family that I was not what they thought I was and that I could make friends then I met Aurora and we became friends. And I was also the first one she showed the golden bows and arrows telling me what they can do but she died before I could introduce her to my family and I had to become the mean me back'' said Karl.

''Oh, I see. But you said only a few were able to use the golden bows and arrows after the death of Aurora and her lover. I know you can but who are the others?'' asked Hemdal.

''Aurora elder sister and the Sa'ers. Am sure you know the ability of the Sa'er. With their mind thing, it is easy for the Sa'ers to give their heart to the golden bows and arrows, and them to love them back. Aurora's elder sister falls in love with golden bows and arrows because she sees it as her sister that she lost. Even though we could use and control the golden bows and arrows, none of us had been able to tap into the real power of the golden bows and arrows like Aurora did'' said Karl, then stretched her hand forward toward the arrow.

As Karl stretched her hand forward at the golden arrow where it was, the golden arrow suddenly pulled itself out of the tree it thrust and speedily went back to Karl, then the golden arrow stopped in the hand Karl stretched forward. Hemdal opened his mouth astounded seeing what had just happened then Karl said to him ''That is why you have to bond with the golden bow and arrow, and the arrow's name is Ker''.
