The princes and princesses were happy that Hawk was still alive especially princess Tracy, forgetting the situation they were in. The princesses and the princes helped lay Hawk down in a good position so he could sleep well and tried not to talk to him or ask him anything at least for the night.

The princes and the princesses spent the night thinking about what they have done and what will happen to their parents once they find out what has happened. The princes and the princesses also thought that Marcelos might use them as hostages to take Axrax easily and that will mean the end of everything. Noah alone thought about why the sword couldn't kill Marcelos but couldn't come to a conclusion before they all fall asleep.

MORNING

King Raynold had just finished dressing in his armor and picked up his sword. As King Raynold picks up his sword he suddenly couldn't feel the presence of the magic in the sword and was just about unsheath his sword to check what was wrong when the head guard suddenly walked hurried into his chamber distracting the great King, and bow upon getting to the great King. The head guard said to the great King that he had just received reports from the gates that all Marcelos' armies has left the other gates to the west gate. Hearing that made the great King leave his chamber in a hurry with the head guard forgetting about his sword and said to the head guard that he should tell others to bring all the armies to the west gate.

Lord Emmanuel was at the palace gate waiting for the princes and the princesses to show up when a guard suddenly came to him and said that the great King has ordered everyone to the west gate. Lord Emmanuel told the guard that he will be right there then the guard left while lord Emmanuel went in search of the princes and the princesses. Lord Emmanuel searched the princes and the princesses in their chambers but couldn't find them. Lord Emmanuel also search for the princes and princesses at places he knew they could be in the palace but couldn't find them then he wondered where the hell they might have gone to. After searching almost the entire palace and couldn't find the princes and the princesses, Lord Emmanuel left for the west gate maybe they were already there.

Upon getting to the west gate, lord Emmanuel saw that all the armies were stationed there then he climbed the stairs to the battlement. Upon getting to the battlement, lord Emmanuel look around for the princes and the princesses but couldn't find them but saw the great King, the Kings, Zussorender, the head wizards, the generals, and the head guard staring at Marcelos, Zussorader, Lilia, Philip and all Marcelos' armies station in front of the west gate and wall. Lord Emmanuel stood closer to the great King and whisper into his ear ''I can't find the princes and the princesses, your royal majesty''.

King Raynold was confused to hear that and said silently to lord Emmanuel ''what do you mean by you can't find them?''.

''I have searched almost the entire palace and their rooms but couldn't find them anywhere'' said lord Emmanuel silently to King Raynold.

King Raynold was surprised to hear that and said silently to lord Emmanuel ''where the hell could they be if they are not in the palace?'', just then Marcelos' armies began to chant Marcelos' name making lord Emmanuel and King Raynold look back at Marcelos, Zussorader, Philip, Lilia, and Marcelos' armies.

Everyone in the battlement looked at Marcelos' armies as Marcelos' armies paved the way for someone that was coming through them but didn't know who was coming through. At last, the person came through Marcelos' armies, and behold it was the princes and the princesses in chains held by some of Marcelos' soldiers in the arms and they made the princes and the princesses kneel in front of Marcelos, Zussorader, Phili, Lilia, and his armies facing the gate and the wall of Axrax then the princes and the princesses bow their heads unable to look at everyone in the battlement.

Everyone in the battlement became shocked, anxious, and scared upon seeing the princes and the princesses, also wondering what happened that they were captured by Marcelos. King Josh said ''what the hell is going on? How come the princes and the princesses are in the hands of Marcelos?'', but there was no one to answer that cause no one knows what happened.

A thought came to King Raynold's mind and he unsheathed his sword and realized the sword was not his sword but a duplicate of his sword then King Raynold angrily threw the sword toward the princes and the princesses, and the sword thrust the ground closer to the princes and the princesses in front of them making them startled and they look at the great King to see he was angry.

Marcelos on Bane move closer to the wall and gate then the archers fixed their arrows to their bows upon seeing Marcelos come closer. Bane stopped closer to the wall and gate then Marcelos' armies stopped chanting his name and Marcelos said to King Raynold ''good morning, your royal majesty. Today is a good day or don't you think so?''.

''If you think am going to surrender Axrax and everyone in it because of the princes and the princesses then you don't know me'' said King Raynold to Marcelos.

''How can you say......'' said King James to King Raynold.

King James couldn't finish his word cause King Raynold cut in, ''No one should talk not until am done talking to Marcelos. Anyone that disobeys me will be beheaded right away'' said King Raynold with anger to everyone, then everyone closes their mouth firmly and even shut up their thoughts.

Marcelos said to King Raynold ''do you think so? I think maybe we should try to see if you will or not''.

Marcelos looked back at his Marcs then 7 Marcs got down from their phoenixes with their swords unsheathed then walked to the princes and the princesses. The 7 Marcs stopped behind each of the princes and the princesses then Marcelos said to King Raynold ''so what is it gonna be? Will it be the princes and the princesses or Axrax and everyone in it?''.

Everyone in the battlement was terrified to hear that knowing what will happen if the great King choose Axrax and everyone in it or the princes and the princesses except the great King that looks brave, and some wanted to talk but no one could dare defy the great King's orders. Even though the great King looks brave on the outside, he was very scared inside of him not knowing what to choose. The great King already lost a son to Marcelos and now should he choose to lose another to Marcelos or lose Axrax and everyone in it to Marcelos? It was a heavy decision to make for the great King.

Everyone looks at the great King who has yet to decide for a while of silence and none of them must utter a word then Marcelos said to King Raynold ''am waiting for your decision, your royal majesty''.

King Raynold was thinking about his decision and couldn't either pick Axrax and everyone in it or the prince and princesses. Seeing King Raynold was being slow in making his decision, Marcelos look back at the Marcs, and the Marcs nodded their heads as if they understand why Marcelos looked at them then Marcelos look at the great King and the 7 Marcs raised their swords to kill the princes and the princesses.

Seeing as the Marcs raise their swords, King Raynold looked at the prince and the princesses who were now looking at him but the great King hasn't come up with a decision. Just as the 7 Marcs raises their sword down to kill the princes and the princesses, a thought came to King Raynold's mind and he said out loud ''stop'', and the 7 Marcs stopped their swords closer to the princes' and the princesses' necks.

Marcelos smiled as the great King said stop then he asked King Raynold ''so what have you decided?''.

''I haven't decided anything'' said King Raynold to Marcelos.

''Are you trying to test my patient or what? I could have them killed right now if you don't decide'' said Marcelos to King Raynold.

''I have something to propose to you. I will give you the dark crystal in exchange for the princes and the princesses'' said King Raynold said to Marcelos, then the 7 Marcs raise their swords down.

Marcelos smiled and said to King Raynold ''are you trying to negotiate with me? Well, if you don't know you should know. I only negotiate with people on my terms not people negotiating with me on their terms''.

''Are you going to take my offer or not?'' King Raynold asked Marcelos.

''I love your bravery, your royal majesty. It reminds me of me when I was young but bravery without power or strong force always ended up in death. Instead of accepting your offer why don't I just kill the princes and the princesses, and then take Axrax even though it might take a while'' said Marcelos to King Raynold.

''Then it will take you longer than you expected to take Axrax once you kill the princes and the princesses. You see my subjects and armies always fought will bravery, faith, and hope, so once you kill their children and their princes and princesses they will become monsters more cruel and deadly than your armies. They will fight will hatred and vengeance adding to their bravery, faith, and hope, and your armies wouldn't be able to contain them seeing your armies are monsters without emotion and are fighting for you without knowing the course. And besides, you have no desire to kill the princes and the princesses cause if you do they will already be dead knowing without them you might take over Axrax one day and judging by the chances you have had in killing them. And I don't understand why you don't want them dead'' said King Raynold to Marcelos.

Marcelos scoffed and said to King Raynold ''bravo, your royal majesty. You are smarter than I thought. Yes, I indeed don't want them dead for now and that is because I plan on killing them after I took over Axrax. As for your offer, I want the dark crystal, the nature crystal, and Ramsay then I will give you the princes, the princesses, and Hawk since he proves to be useless to me''.

Everyone was surprised to see Hawk alive as Hawk, looking worn out was brought and made to kneel beside the princes and the princesses. King Raynold said to Marcelos ''I would accept this offer if the princes and the princesses return with their weapons. And give me some time''.

''Then we have a deal. You have until tomorrow. So let's use today to rest from the battle'' said Marcelos with a smile.
