NEXT DAY (NIGHT)

After a day of fighting Marcelos' armies and Marcelos' armies retreated, the great King, the Kings, the princes, the princesses, Zussorender, lord Emmanuel, the head wizards, the generals, and the head guard were just done eating and was talking when the great King ordered the head guard to take his sword to his chamber. Immediately the head guard took the great King's sword and left for the great King's chamber, the princesses and princes stood up lying that they were going to sleep in their chambers but instead, they went after the head guard to get the great King's sword from him.

The head guard was walking through a passageway that lead to the great King's chamber with the great King's sword when Noah, prince Mike, prince Redrick, and prince Kinsley suddenly came out of nowhere and stopped the head guard. Noah and prince Kinsley stood his front of the head guard while prince Redrick and prince Mike stood behind the head guard. The head guard bow to the princes upon seeing them then Noah said to him ''where are you going?''.

''Is something wrong or do you wants to see me?'' the head guard asked Noah.

''Yes. We want to see you'' said prince Mike to the head guard, making the head guard look back at Mike.

''That is not a problem but I have to get the great King's errand done first'' said the head guard to the princes.

''Okay, but can I check out father sword first? I have never held it in my life cause my father never allows me. If you can just let me hold it for a while and then return to back to you I will be glad'' said Noah to the head guard, making the head guard look front at him.

The head guard said to Noah ''am sorry, your royal highness, 'cause I can't do that''.

''Why?'' Noah asked the head guard.

''His royal majesty made it clear that no one must ever hold or touch his sword except me. So I can't let you hold but you can check it out while I hold it'' said the head guard to Noah.

''Come on don't be like this. We are friends, aren't we? We fought together in battle that should mean something to you and you have always watched over me and my brother when we were little'' said Noah to the head guard.

''I know all that, your royal highness, but I can't disobey his royal majesty'' said the head guard to Noah.

''And who will know that you did? No one is ever going to know that you give it to me cause no one here will tell him or will you? Just let me hold it and check it out that is all'' said Noah to the head guard.

The head guard didn't want to give Noah the great King's sword and he found it suspicious that the princes are standing both at his front and behind him. The head guard didn't want to disobey Noah or get on his bad side so he gave the great King's sword to him to check it out. As Noah collected the great King's sword from the head guard, prince Redrick turn the head guard to him and prince Mike to distract the head guard then said to the head guard ''there is something I need to tell you''.

''What is that?'' the head guard asked prince Redrick.

''You are really a great fighter. You exceed my expectations in the battle'' said prince Redrick with a smile to the head guard.

''Thank you. You are also good in battle'' said the head guard with a smile to prince Redrick.

''And your skills are so great. I was wondering if you can teach me'' said prince Mike with a smile to the head guard.

''Really?'' said the head guard with a smile to prince Mike.

While prince Mike and prince Redrick keep the head guard distracted, Noah creates a duplicate of the great King's sword with his magic and hides the real great King's sword by making it invisible with his magic. After Noah was done creating the duplicate of the great King's sword, Noah gave an eye signal to prince Mike and prince Redrick that he is done then prince Mike said to the head guard ''when the battle ends you can teach me right?''.

''Sure?'' said the head guard with a smile, then Noah called the head guard and he turn back to Noah and prince Kinsley.

Noah gave the duplicated sword to the head guard and they said goodnight then the head guard left. Immediately after the head guard left with the duplicate sword, Noah made the real sword visible and they all smiled happily.

The princes and the princesses took their weapons and ropes for them to use to climb down the wall to Marcelos' camp except Noah that hold the great King's weapon, and they all went to the west gate. Upon getting to the west gate, the princes and the princesses met the soldiers and general on guard asleep so they walk silently to the battlement not to wake the soldiers. Upon getting to the battlement, the princes and the princesses climbed down the wall silently not to wake the soldiers on duty using the ropes then make their way to Marcelos' camp.

The princes and the princesses sneak their way into Marcelos' camp and sneak around the camp not to be seen by any of Marcelos' armies that can raise alarm about their presence in the camp and to find Marcelos' tent. The princes and the princesses also silently and swiftly kill any of Marcelos' armies that saw them with their weapons and Noah with his father's sword before they raise an alarm of their presence and the ones they needed to kill. It took sometimes killing Marcelos' armies they need to kill and the ones that saw them before locating Marcelos' tent.

They saw the 3 gargoyles, 3 Orges, and 4 dark druids guarding Marcelos' tent where they hide then they shared who to attack Marcelos' armies guarding Marcelos' tent among themselves. The princes and the princesses sneaked up on the Marcelos' armies guarding Marcelos' tent silently and killed them swiftly. After killing the armies guarding the tent, the princes and the princesses made their way into the tent silently. Upon entering the tent, the princes and the princesses saw Marcelos sound asleep on the bed then Noah walked closer to Marcelos silently. Upon getting closer to Marcelos, Noah stabbed Marcelos in the stomach with his father's sword and Marcelos open his eyes in pain as he cough out blood then Marcelos died. Noah checked Marcelos' pulse and Marcelos has none then Noah told the other princes and princesses that Marcelos his dead and they were all happy then they all made their way out of the tent.

Upon getting outside the tent, the princes and the princesses were astounded and scared to see Marcelos, his Marcs, Bane, the phoenixes, and his whole armies with their rides in the camp waiting for them and there was no way for them to run to. Prince Mike said silently to the other princes and princesses ''Did we not kill him?''.

''Am sure we did'' said princess Tracy silently.

''Something is not right if he is still alive 'cause I stab him and watch him die'' said Noah silently to the others.

Marcelos smiled and said to the princes and the princesses ''you really think that mere sword is powerful enough to kill him? You must all be an idiot. If I can't be killed a thousand years ago what made you think you can kill me now.''

''Then who was that, that we killed?'' prince Kinsley asked the others.

Marcelos said to the princes and the princesses ''that was also me''.

The princes and the princesses couldn't do anything or say anything at that moment cause they were confused and surrounded. Marcelos walked closer to the prince and princesses and said to them ''it is so nice to see that it is you princes and princesses that walk into the lion's den yourselves. Noah, give me the sword in your hand and you other should drop your weapons and fall on your knees".

Hearing Marcelos say that made princess Tracy shoot her arrow at Marcelos but Marcelos caught the arrow with his bare hand as the arrow got in front of him and that shocked the princes and the princesses more that Marcelos could catch arrows with his bare hand. Marcelos said to the princes and the princesses ''am not ready to kill any of you now so if you all obey my orders you will all get out of here alive or else be slain by my savage children. Or better still be burned and eaten by Bane or made my servants''.

The princes and the princesses didn't want to do what Marcelos said and were ready to fight through Marcelos' armies to escape then prince Redrick dropped his sword and fall to his knees. The princes and the princesses were surprised to see what prince Redrick did then princess Kylie asked prince Redrick ''why would you do that?''.

Prince Redrick said to the other princes and the princesses ''I know what you might all be thinking right now but we will all be killed if we tried to fight our way through them. And you can see Bane right there, it wouldn't have a second thought when it comes to burning us alive, and nor will the Marcs when it comes to killing us and none of us are better than the Marcs. What good are we to our parents if we are dead or controlled by Marcelos? Our death will only make them devastated and how will someone devastated win a battle? Sometimes we have to accept defeat and failure. We can only win if we lose. We fail this time so we should surrender''.

After prince Redrick was done talking, Marcelos said to the princes and the princesses ''he seems to be the smart one among you and I can feel the spell that is preventing me from reading your minds but I can assure you that it can easily be broken if I want to. I don't want to control not break the spell so listen to him and do what is right. What good are you to your parents if you are killed or controlled by me?''.

The princes and the princesses reason with what prince Redrick said and he was right with all that he said. Noah thought of disappearing but he can't just leave the others and left nor is he powerful enough to disappear with the other princes and the princesses. Noah can't also create a portal in front of Marcelos and Bane that may burn them all, then Noah gave the sword to Marcelos and fall to his knees in shame. The other princes and princesses also fall to their knees in shame and dropped their weapons.

As Marcelos took the sword from Noah, he checked if the sword was filled with magic or if it was a magical sword but Marcelos couldn't fill any magic inside the sword as he looks at it then he said to the princes and the princesses ''I thought the sword was a powerful one if you guys thought it could kill me but it seems the sword has no magic and it is ordinary. You guys must be funny but......... There must be a reason why you think it can kill me even though the sword is ordinary I guess I will have to find that out myself''.

The princes and the princesses watched as Marcelos left with the sword then the princesses and princes were taken by Marcelos' armies. The princes and the princesses were chained in their hands and a Rada was worn around Noah's neck to prevent him from using his magic. The princes and the princesses were taken to a tent and they were surprised upon entering the tent to see Hawk alive lying on the ground but worn out.
