Blessing and Victoria make it known to their friends that they will be leaving school and the community for a while but will be back before the school resumes. Their friends were sad that they were leaving and it was all because they wouldn’t be nonstop partying anymore when they leave since they were the ones who had the funds.

Blessing and Victoria got their luggage ready and packed the things they would need before they made their way to board the cab that took them to the airport. Blessing and Victoria had to wait for a while inside the airport building for their flight to be ready.

While they wait, Blessing can see how excited Victoria is concerning the journey and trip which he finds awkward but he says nothing. Victoria saw that Blessing didn’t seem excited about their journey and trip, and he was just all that about his phone so Victoria said to Blessing “how can you be so obsessed with your phone at this time?”.

“And what is also making you so excited about this journey?” Blessing asked Victoria.

“I guess you don’t know. This is the first time I would be going on a family vacation so why should I not be excited about it” said Victoria with a smile to Blessing.

“Oh, I see. You can be excited all you want but it has nothing to do with me so let me be” said Blessing, Victoria tried to take Blessing's phone because she was annoyed by Blessing's words.

The journey that seemed long came to an end when Blessing and Victoria arrived in front of Blessing's parents' home in a cab. Victoria was shocked at the sight of Blessing's parents' home because she could not believe Blessing parent's lived in a mansion.

While Blessing was getting their luggage out of the cab, Victoria was busy staring at the house and admiring the house. After getting the luggage out of the cab, Blessing looked at Victoria to see she was staring at the house which made Blessing think Victoria must have been surprised.

Blessing moved their luggage close to Victoria and stood beside her. Blessing said nothing to Victoria but also looked at the house thinking about the memories he had in the house then Victoria said to Blessing “did you once live here?”.

“Yes. This was where I was born and raised for a while. It was once my lovely home to me. I guess my parents are too attached to the house to leave the house” said Blessing to Victoria.

“Why would anyone want to leave such a nice house?” asked Victoria.

“Maybe because humans are bound to move on and not stay in one place forever. This house also holds good memories and bad ones” said Blessing.

“I hope this doesn’t mean you want to go back to your past” said Victoria.

“I know this was where I burnt and where it all started but this house also holds good memories which I can vividly remember” said Blessing.

“Then what are we waiting for? Let go in” said Victoria.

Blessing had to press the doorbell thrice before the door was opened by Blessing's mother. Blessing's mother gave a beautiful smile upon seeing Blessing and Victoria but then she saw that Blessing was without his mask. Blessing's mother was astounded that Blessing was without his mask and she could visibly see his scar but she chose not to mind that.

Blessing's mother hugged Victoria first, welcoming her inside the house and thanking her for coming. Blessing's mother also hugged Blessing and welcomed him into the house. Blessing took their luggage in and they all walked to the living room. Upon getting to the living room, Blessing and Victoria saw a boy in the living room standing and looking at them.

Victoria wondered who the boy was even though she had a thought in her mind but Blessing recognized the boy to be his younger brother. Blessing dropped the luggage and walked to the boy while Victoria asked Blessing's mother who the boy was. Blessing's mother told Victoria that he is Blessing brother named Bolu.

Seeing Blessing walk to the boy, Victoria was worried that Blessing might act crazily toward the boy but she was wrong.

When Blessing got to his brother, Blessing saw that Bolu wanted to talk to him but was finding it hard to say whatever he wanted to say and there was also his facial expression telling that he was sorry for all that had happened as Bolu stared at his scar.

Blessing said nothing but hugged Bolu, and Bolu hugged him back with a sigh of relief before saying in a crying voice to Blessing “I am sorry, brother”.

“It is fine. That is all the past now” said Blessing with a smile.

Bolu began to cry saying he was sorry to Blessing but Blessing told him not to that it was all a mistake of the past and he had forgotten all about that and moved on, that he had never for once hated him because he would always be his little brother.

Seeing Blessing hug Bolu made Victoria and Blessing's mother look at each other happily with a smile because they were glad that was what happened not something they had thought in mind.

Bolu stopped crying and separated from Blessing then Bolu went to help Blessing and Victoria with their luggage. Victoria also used that chance to introduce herself to Bolu as Victoria the adopted child of their grandparents.

Hearing the way Victoria introduced herself made Bolu smile but he said to Victoria that he was glad to meet her because he had heard about her.

With Bolu helping with their luggage, Blessing and Victoria were taken to the separate rooms where they would be staying. Bolu took Blessing to the room he would be staying which was his old room and Victoria was taken to the room she would be staying in by Blessing's mother.

Blessing's mother left Victoria in the room to set up and she went to see Blessing. When Blessing's mother got into Blessing's room, she met Blessing alone standing and looking around the room. Blessing's mother moved closer to Blessing and said to him “hope you like it? It used to be your favorite place”.

“Well, it is more mature than the last time I was here. It is nice” said Blessing, and turn to his mother.

“Your father didn’t think you would come but I know you will” said Blessing's mother.

“Why would I miss the chance to be here with you, Mother? A chance to be with my family and start everything all anew” said Blessing with a smile.

“I know we did things that………..” said Blessing's mother unhappily.

Blessing's mother was cut short of words as Blessing cut in saying with a smile to his mother “that past is gone, Mom. It is something you should forget because I have moved past that. We all make mistakes and forgiving is for humans. Don’t ruin the moment. Let's just have all the qualities we can have together”.

Blessing's mother touched Blessing's scar and said “I am so glad to have a son like you”.

Blessing touched his mother's hand and said “I am also glad to have you as my mother”.

Then they hugged each other with Blessing saying to his mother “I love you, Mom”, and Blessing's mother said the same to Blessing.

Blessing and his mother separated and Blessing's mother asked Blessing about his mask. Blessing said to his mother “I don’t need it anymore. I have decided to embrace who I am with my scar and live the rest of my life with it”.

Blessing's mother was happy to hear that and said with a smile “I am so happy for you and glad that you did this. Your father would also be happy and proud of you”.

“Well, it is all thanks to Victoria though. Everything is centered around here” said Blessing with a smile.

“What will you do without that girl?” said Blessing's mother, and she and Blessing laughed.

Before the trip, Blessing and Victoria spent a few days with Blessing's family in Blessing's parents' home. Those days seem like the happiest days of Victoria's life and those days were also memorable days for Blessing because Victoria was part of it.

Blessing's mother spent time telling Victoria about Blessing's childhood and showing Victoria Blessing's childhood pictures which would make Victoria laugh out loud. Victoria would also use Blessing's childhood story she heard and pictures to tease Blessing.

Blessing was able to get close to his Bolu, and they were able to do things together as brothers. Blessing was also able to get closer to his family with Victoria being part of it. Though it felt like they were just going to know each other, Blessing was glad that he listened to Victoria and came because he wouldn’t have found things he found out about his family.

Blessing finds out that his family remained the loving family he knew them to be before they cast him out but now that he is back, they are all still returning and showing their love to him. Blessing also finds out that they are all sorry for what they did to him and wouldn’t have done it if they had a second chance.

Blessing was glad to have reconciled with his family because the times he spent with his family seemed to be among the best parts of his life but it was all thanks to Victoria who made everything possible.

Victoria also finds out how loving Blessing's family is and wishes she had had the kind of family Blessing has maybe she could have lived more better life than the one she was living. Victoria was glad to have met Blessing because, through him, she met lovely people who loved her like she was their own.

Blessing and Victoria were taken out to different lovely places to have fun by Blessing family as one big family. Blessing's family also introduced Blessing and Victoria to their friends.

On the night before the day they were to go on the trip, Blessing's father told Victoria that he would like to talk to her privately while Blessing was having a nice time with his mother and brother in the living room.

Every preparation was made and they all made their way in the car to the airport to board the plane that was going to take them on the trip. Upon getting to the airport, they had to wait in the airport building for the airplane to be ready because they were there early.

While they waited seated next to each other, Blessing saw that something was off about Victoria because she didn’t have the excited vibe. Blessing asked Victoria what was wrong with her but she said she was fine with a fake smile to convince Blessing that she was fine.

The plane was ready and every passenger had begun boarding the plane so Blessing, Victoria, Bolu, Blessing's mother, and Blessing's father made their way to board the plane. As they walked to board the plane, Blessing suddenly could not find Victoria which made her look around her.

Blessing became worried when he couldn’t find Victoria so he had to stop his parents and Bolu when he could not find Victoria anymore to ask them where is Victoria. They told Blessing that they didn’t know where she was and thought she was behind them.

Blessing becomes more worried upon hearing that so he tells his parents and Bolu that they have to find Victoria before the plane leaves but then his father says to him “I think it is about time you let Victoria go”.

Blessing was shocked and confused upon hearing his father say that which made him wonder why his father would say that then Blessing curiously asked his father “what are you talking about, father?”.

“Believe me or not. She is gone. Victoria is gone” said Blessing Father.

Hearing that made Blessing anxious and Blessing angrily asked his father “what did you do father?”.

“I let her go. So should you. Let her go” said Blessing's father.
