"I told you to review and revise the report, not skip lunch. What will happen now that you're sick like this?"

Since Areum regained consciousness, Saga incessantly grumbled without making much sense. Despite wiping the cold sweat that flooded Areum's forehead, his hands didn't stop. Areum, on the other hand, continued to gaze at Saga with her pale face.

"Have you had dinner now? Since when did the stomach pain start? Why didn't you call me? Ugh, why are you acting like a child? If something more serious happens to you, what will I do?"

Saga continued to rant and grumble, expressing his frustration. Areum, however, took a deep breath and stopped Saga's hand, placing a warm towel on her stomach.

"No need! I'm fine."

Saga looked at Areum, then sighed in frustration. He brushed off Areum's hand and reapplied the warm towel to her stomach.

"Your stomach is still so tense, and you say it's nothing? Don't lie anymore! I'll make porridge for you, and then we'll go to the doctor," Saga said as he stood up and left Areum on the bed. However, Areum quickly grabbed Saga's hand.

Saga looked at his wife and raised an eyebrow in confusion. "Why? Don't like porridge? I don't care whether you like it or not. This time, I'll make you eat," Saga stated.

Areum didn't immediately respond; instead, she continued to look at Saga and took another deep breath. "Can you please stop getting angry? Since this morning, you've been continuously angry and scolding me, Saga."

Saga's forehead furrowed more, and after a few seconds, he realized that Areum's illness was somehow related to his morning anger. Saga then sat back on the edge of the bed and quickly caught Areum's hand.

"Are you sick because of that? I'm sorry; I didn't realize that my anger would have such a negative impact on you," Saga said, full of regret.

"I'm sick because I didn't have lunch, and I'm tired. Not because you were angry," Areum denied Saga's words.

"Look! Your stomach is still this tense, and you say it's nothing? Don't lie anymore! I'll make your porridge, and then we'll go to the doctor," Saga insisted, standing up from his position and leaving Areum on the bed. However, Areum quickly held onto Saga's hand.

Saga looked at his wife and raised his eyebrows in confusion. "Why? Don't you like porridge? I don't care whether you like it or not. This time, I'll make you eat," Saga said.

"I'm sick because I didn't have lunch, and I'm tired. Not because you were angry," Areum denied Saga's words.

"See! You won't even admit it. I shouldn't have been angry, but many problems came up today. I feel pressured, and I couldn't control my emotions."

Areum smiled upon hearing Saga's words. Normally, her husband would keep his feelings to himself. Saga was more open this time and even complained to Areum about his work. Areum then tried to sit up, and Saga quickly assisted his wife.

"Where are you going? Just rest! I'll make your food first."

"Not going anywhere, just want to hug you."

Without hesitation, Areum hugged Saga's waist and rested her head on his chest.

"Why?" Saga asked.

"Just because, can't I hug you?"

"Not like that, Areum."

Areum chuckled and tightened her embrace around Saga. "Ah, it's so comfortable to hug you."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

"If that's the case, just hug as much as you want. Until you're satisfied."

"Why didn't I admit my true feelings to you?" Areum whispered.

Saga was slightly surprised by Areum's words. He cleared his throat to dispel his dizziness. "So, do you want to eat, or do you just want to hug me?"

"Just a moment!"

"Well, 1 more minute."

Areum nodded, and then she suddenly burst into quiet sobs. Saga was surprised, wondering why his wife was crying.

"Hey! Why are you crying?" Saga asked while trying to release himself from Areum's embrace.

"One minute is not over yet," Areum prevented Saga with a hoarse voice.

"But don't cry like this! What's going on with you?"

"I'm fine. But, can I ask for something?"

"Uh, just say it!" Saga gently stroked Areum's back to soothe her a bit.

"Don't get angry with me again, okay?" Areum pleaded.

Saga sighed and felt guilty for his morning anger still on his wife's mind. Despite being professional at work, Saga once again blamed himself. Saga nodded in agreement. He tightened his embrace on Areum.

"Sorry," Saga whispered.

"Um," Areum responded briefly while nodding. But a few seconds later, Areum quickly released her hug and rushed to the bathroom.

"Areum, what's wrong?" Saga asked in panic, chasing after his wife, who was vomiting in the bathroom.

"Come on, hurry up, Yeobo!" Mr. Min exclaimed, calling his wife, who was still applying makeup.

"Can you wait a little? It's almost done," Mrs. Min replied without looking at Mr. Min.

"From earlier, little by little, and continuously."

Mr. Min's patience was exhausted waiting for his wife to get ready. He then left his room and headed to the living room of their luxurious house. That's when Tae Jun saw his father's annoyed face.

"What's wrong, Appa?" Tae Jun asked, sitting on one of the sofas.

"Your Eomma, taking so long to get ready. She knows the visiting hours at the hospital are short," Mr. Min grumbled.

"Visiting hours? Who's sick?" Tae Jun asked with a puzzled face.

"Do you not know yet? Areum is sick and taken to the hospital because she kept vomiting. I'm a little happy," Mr. Min said.

"Why?" Tae Jun was confused about why his father was happy that Areum was sick.

"You don't know. If a woman has a stomachache and keeps vomiting, that's a sign she's pregnant. Although it's not certain because Saga hasn't said anything yet, I'm already happy imagining having a grandchild soon," explained Mr. Min with a joyful face.

Tae Jun himself fell silent upon hearing his father's words. He looked at Mr. Min closely and then looked away for a moment. "Pregnant? Really?" Tae Jun thought in disbelief.

At the hospital, Areum was accompanied by Mrs. Kang, who had come earlier in the morning. Saga had to go to the office, so he chose to call his mother-in-law to accompany his wife to the hospital.

"Do you want some fruit?" Mrs. Kang asked gently.

"No, Mom, my stomach still feels nauseous," Areum declined.

Mrs. Kang smiled and reached for Areum's hand, gently stroking it. "Is it that you'll be giving us a big gift soon? Why is Mom happy when you're admitted to the hospital?" she said with continuously smiling lips.

"Why are you happy when I'm sick, Mom?" Areum whined.

Mrs. Kang laughed softly and held her daughter's hand even tighter. "You, this is not an illness, dear."

"So, Mom thinks I'm lying?" Areum was surprised by her mother's thoughts and could only stare at her now.

"Listen carefully! Mom is sure you're pregnant. It's just that your health test results haven't come out yet, but 100% Mom is sure with Mom's thoughts."

"What? Pregnant? Mom, don't make things up!"

Areum was shocked by her mother's thoughts, and Mrs. Kang smiled while holding her daughter's hand firmly. "Just trust Mom; you must be pregnant."

Areum was stunned by her mother's statement. How could she explain everything to her mother now? Areum was confused and could only look at her mother.
