"Looks like my baby stayed up, huh." Mommy greeted me as soon as I entered the dining room. "What time did you get home?"

I kissed her cheek. "It's past three, Mom. Because Sein was scolding and insisted on staying for a long time at the bar porch, they don't have school today," I answered "Anyway, good morning." I approached Daddy and kissed his cheek before sitting down and pouring coffee.

"Is Sein drunk?" Daddy asked to which I nodded.

"The five of them were drunk and I was their driver home." I'm just thankful that the car they brought was a van, but I would have a hard time fitting them in their two-seater sports car.

That's why my car was left at the bar. I'll just have our driver and Sein's use it now that they've paid for torturing me.

"Why don't you skip your class just for this day?" Mom said. "So you can get some sleep. You've been awake for a few days because of your projects and your brother disturbed you when you were supposed to rest last night."

"Mommy, you know that I can't do that," I said. "Even if I am the academy's rank 1, I will not be given special treatment at my school. So they will find me a valid reason why I was absent and when I didn't show anything, they will suspend me."

Yeah, I'm rank 1 in our school but my status is no different from my other schoolmates.

"Then, why don't you transfer in a different school?" Daddy asked. "In Miracle University, where is your band? You can't endure that in the school where the military has overcome the number of prohibited things. Even if you have a band, you still have to hide it and you can't be proud of your talent because it might affect your life there. ."

They supported our banding but Daddy didn't like where I was going. The reason?

He is my parent but he doesn't stop the things that make me happy so what right do others have to stop the things I want to do in my life?

And I really love them because of that.

They really support me with everything that I want to do as long as I know that it will make me happy.

"Daddy, you know that I can't." I just scratched my head when I saw his grimace because he didn't like what I said.

But he just shook his head and sighed. "Yeah. Is there anything else I can do? Just do what you want."

He knows the reason why even though I really don't like my school because of its suffocating rules, I still stay there. And I'm just thankful that they understand me even if they don't agree with my decision.

I smiled. "Thanks, Dad."

I was really lucky because they became my parents. Although, there are still times that I wish I had a chance to meet my biological parents.

I only know them from my Daddy's stories and pictures because I don't have any memories of them because I was too young when they died.

But don't get me wrong, okay?

I love my parents who adopted me very much and no matter what happens I will not trade them for anyone else.

After I ate, I immediately left to go to school, but before going straight to school, I would have to pick up one of my friends who is the reason why I am in an all-girls school.

"Good morning, Uncle Larry," I greeted Sumi's daddy.

"You're here. Sumi is coming down," he said when he saw me. "Anyway, have you eaten yet?"

"Yes. I had breakfast at home."

It nodded. "How is your study going with Sumi?"

"Hmm, it's fine." I answered quickly. "Sumi will adjust quickly to her new environment now and I think in no time, she will be able to catch up with the top rankings of our school."

He smiled. "Good to hear that and I am also glad because you are doing what you promised me. I didn't make a mistake in trusting you."

"Thank you for the trust."

"Hey, I'm here."

We turned to Sumi who had just come down the stairs. "Let's go?"

He nodded and approached Uncle Larry and kissed his cheek. "Bye, Dad. See you later."

"Take care, baby."

Sumi and I got into my car and started it.

"How is your bonding with Sein?" she asked.

"Hmm, it's good." I said while looking directly at what we were passing by. "They don't have school today so they stayed up late last night."

Anyway, she's Sumi Toshiba, 19 years old and one of the two friends I have at school. He is also the reason why I study in an all girls school.

Because of the type of work that Uncle Larry has and what happened to Sumi's mother, she became protective of her daughter, which is why she was confined to their mansion from childhood.

There are no other toys but stuffed toys in his big room.

Even some of his father's staff who work in their mansion did not try to approach him for fear that they might do something to hurt him.

That's why he grew up really sad and alone.

But everything changed when I sneaked inside their house.

Yeah, I climbed the high wall of their house to enter because I was curious about the news I heard about a child locked inside that high house.

And Sumi was the one who caught me that day but she didn't immediately report me to anyone.

We became friends there and he was the lookout so that no one would catch me when I was climbing the wall of their house.

But we also got to the point where Uncle Larry caught us and tried to take us away. I just didn't agree and I really insisted to him that I was Sumi's friend.

Sumi also insisted on letting our friendship go so she had no choice but to let her son and I be together.

And because I couldn't control Sumi's mind, her curiosity about what was happening outside started to increase so I was surprised when she forced Tito Larry to study at school.

He agreed because of his love for his son but in exchange for his consent he had to stay away from boys so he enrolled her in an all girls school.

That even its teachers and staffs are all women. And the hardest part of this condition, we have to be together.

I didn't want to agree because I know how strict St.Clair University is, but since I saw that Sumi really wanted to see what was happening outside their mansion, I also agreed.

Actually, they don't know my bandana.

Tito Larry doesn't want me to do things that will add to Sumi's curiosity about other things that can happen outside the mansion and school so as much as possible, I don't just tell stories.
