~Recap~

The said woman's face perplexes. “What? No way.”

Azura shrugs in a way to show that she didn't care and so Cindy enrages as she pushes away Azura.

“Where is it? Where is my freaking card you dumbass?” The young woman begins looking for her belonging in a hassled manner but couldn't find it. She then herself picks on the door and moves it to see if it was under it.

“Umm, Cindy. I think you should not…” Leanne tries to alert her friend and stop her from doing something stupid but it was already too late when the other three were met with a few drops of some liquidic substance while Cindy was totally soaked under it.

Her face was painted red along with her upper body and clothes and the color seemed so intense that it probably even covered the furious look the soaked lady had.

There was a short pause of silence as everyone was stunned with the event that just happened.

One of the most rich, spoiled and trickster students was tricked for the first time in her own ploy and that too by none other than the never expected Azura.

It doesn't take much long for the stunned silence to fade away when the other students begin laughing loudly. While the campus was hyping, Leanne was in an attempt of wiping the liquid away from her friend.

“Cindy, are you alright?” Leanne asks in a concerned time.

But the latter just shoves her hand away. Then suddenly she begins smiling and it literally creeps the other three standing next to her. “No, Li. I'm not just right. I'm actually the best! I'm enjoying the event happening right now. Can't you see? Everyone is laughing and enjoying themselves. Don't you want to join the fun?”

The statement of course made the others perplexed but Leanne doesn't bother to think much as she replies, “Really? Oh gosh, that's great because, I was actually trying hard to not laugh like, just look at you! You're looking like a lady finger ridiculously dipped in red hot sauce and still nobody wants to have a taste!” Leanne then begins laughing hysterically and now Azura's face turns into a slightly enraged one.

Although it was all Cindy's trickery and she obviously deserved that, she didn't have to be laughed at by her own friend who was just involved in all this as much as Cindy.

“Hey, stop. It's enough, Leanne. It could be funny for you because it's not you. But it's never funny for the ones who are being laughed at. And having fun at hurting someone's sentiments is never funny!”

For a second, it felt surreal to Cindy seeing Azura standing up for her despite all that she did. Even this was supposed to be a prank to humiliate Azura and now she was actually feeling guilty of her deeds and good because of Azura's deeds.

“What is happening here?”

The mixed voices of laughter stopped when everyone shifted their heads to the direction of the newly entered sound and it was definitely familiar and ready to scold all of them.

“Oh my lord, what are you young people on? Is this a campus of a college or a playground of a kindergarten? And, Miss Cindy. Why are you dipped in red sauce?”

The other students on campus took their chances to escape the problematic situation and rushed towards their classes, leaving the small squad to face the trouble all alone on their own.

Soon, Cindy begins explaining, “I extremely apologise for this, Dean. But I'm not the one to do this. Someone played an unbearable prank with me.”

The dean of the college raises one of her eyebrows doubtfully as she asks. “And do you know who did it?”

Cindy nods and the dean insists on her to answer. Cindy lifts her hand and Azura already closes her eyes, internally preparing herself for the storm that was yet to slay her.

However, it never came.

Because Cindy never pointed at her.

“Miss Leanne, this is an excessively unacceptable act especially at this age. And, weren't you two friends? How can you do such a thing with your own friend?”

Azura's mouth went wide open which Theo closed while chuckling and waited for more of drama to trigger

“No, Dean. I didn't do it.” Leanne waves hands in the air defensively. “Cindy, why are you lying? You know it wasn't it was–”

“Enough is enough.” The dean cuts off Leanne's statement. “Miss Cindy and Miss Leanne, you two to my office. Now.” She motions towards the hasty and nasty duo.

Leanne huffs angrily and begins following the dean behind while Cindy was still for a few moments before she glances back at Azura.

Something was definitely strange in her motions. Along with her emotions. Something that Azura has never seen in her eyes. She saw sadness. She saw guilt and most of all, apology.

Yes, it was really unbelievable and Azura was doubtful if she actually saw it but she swore that she that apologetic look in Cindy's eyes as if she was saying sorry to her just through her looks.

”Hey, why are you so dumbstruck as if you've suspected something so unbelievable?”

If it was not for Theo's over excitement, Azura would have been just struck to where she was.

And just as she collects herself and seems ready to answer the man, he proceeds with more of his thoughts himself. “Let me guess, you're amazed to realise that you finally made Cindy understand that you're not a girl someone should mess with, right?”

The lady was about to answer otherwise but then she just went along with nodding in agreement. “Yeah, you're right. It is really surprising of my own self. But I gotta thanks to you as well because if you hadn't accidentally made me fall, I wouldn't be able to see it.” And then something hits Azura's mind at the mention of 'accidently' as she wonders ahead.

“Wait, was it actually accidental or you…” She stares at the latter who was now scratching the back of his head in an expression as if he got caught, which he actually was. “You, Mr. Wolfpack! Just why? I mean, if you actually wanted to aware me, you could have simply and silently pointed to me but why put this all stupid act?”

“Because that's exactly what I didn't want, Azura. I didn't want to make it feel as if I did anything regarding this or for you. You did everything on your own. I want you to understand that it's never someone else. But you and only you. You're your own savior, your own warrior and your own power. You own this fire. In fact, you are the fire.”
