The two are already in front of the Kia Theater. It was too early to enter so the two of them were still thinking about where to go. There are restaurants here at the Kia Theater but they are not familiar with those places. Not knowing where to go, they decided to eat at McDonald's.
Miller winced as many people were lining up inside the McDonalds here. They were wrong to think there were only a few people by 1 pm. Turns out that most people waiting for Fifth Harmony's concert are here.
"Let's go in?" Miller asked Aubrey. The girl nodded. They headed inside and they were bombarded with the loudness of the crowd. Miller immediately felt uncomfortable around these people.
Aubrey noticed that Miller put his hands in his pants pocket. The young man sighed. Aubrey knows that he's getting uneasy around this area. She pulled his arms closer to her to remove Miller's hand from its pocket. “Don’t be nervous. I'm with you, ”Aubrey smiled. She clinged around his arms. She took Miller with her to the queue.
The queue was quite long so they took time to consider what they're going to buy. Think about the number of orders this store will receive - they will definitely take longer. This is not a problem because even if they wait one more hour, nothing will be a waste. It's still a long time before the concert starts.
They also waited a long time before ordering. They ordered together. Miller bought a medium-sized Big Mac with fries and drinks. He upgrades his drink to plain iced coffee. Aubrey has two piece chicken, two hashbrowns, and a solo medium-sized shake shake fries. They waited for fifteen minutes on the side.
Lucky for them, a couple left a vacant seat for two people. Miller took their foods’ tray while Aubrey guided him to the table. He set the tray down on the table and the two of them sat down. The young man gave Aubrey his food.
“Oh. You won't eat anything with rice? ” Aubrey asked, looking concerned. Miller shook his head. Aubrey was relieved by the size of the burger Miller had bought. Add its fries and iced coffee.
The two began to eat. Aubrey watched Miller eat the Big Mac. The young man was cute, it was very focused on eating the burger. Aubrey laughed softly.
Aubrey grabbed the young man's Iced Coffee. He said, "Can I have some?"
“Ah. . . Of course." Aubrey obtained Miller's drink and sipped through the straw. "Delicious," Aubrey commented. He returned it to Miller.
Miller looked at the liptint stain on the straw. Aubrey noticed that. "Don't worry, my lips aren't dirty," the girl assured. He took a tissue that was included in their tray and properly cleaned the straw but Miller forced it away and drank from the straw. The girl frowned. What is he trying to prove?
Aubrey wants to know if there is really something between the two of them. Although he wanted to ask the young man about it, he couldn't because it would be embarrassing if he asked it directly. She gasped for breath. He just grabbed his fries.
“Miller, I've been wanting to ask you for a long time but. . . ”
Miller raised his eyebrows. "Is there something between the two of us?"
Miller was stunned when Aubrey asked that. He took the Iced Coffee and drank it to avoid getting choked.
“Sorry. That question was out of nowhere, ”Aubrey apologized. “Maybe. . . Can we confirm that today? ”
“You know. At first, you were cold to me. Now, I can see you smile and blush. You no longer burn me with your hurtful words, ”the girl added.
Even though Miller's face was flushed, he still grinned. “I don’t know,” he teased her. The young man went back to eating.
This is driving her crazy.

The Kia Theater is not that big so it has been an advantage for their position. It was quite close to the stage so the two enjoyed it. Of course, they were seated next to each other. There are already a lot of people inside and soon the concert will start.
"Who is your favorite member?" Miller asked Aubrey.
“Ally is my favorite of them all. You?" she answered.
“Normani. He's cute. ” Miller smiled like a child. It was a sight that Aubrey wishes to always see. Miller only smiled once. When it’s shy but happy, it just spares its smile. However, this time, his smile painted all over the young man's face.
They waited quite a long time for the stage to fill up. It was dark in the venue and there was no lighting on the stage.
Soon it started to have lights for the stage. Many have their cellphones ready for taking videos. The crowd started to cheer when the members of the group appeared on the stage. The intro music started playing as the members started to line up.
"Miller, there they are!" Aubrey shouts, slapping Miller's thigh. The young man focused on taking pictures.
The concert began with the playing of Fifth Harmony’s hit song “Worth It”. When all the members were highlighted with lights, the screams of the crowd grew louder.
Miller turned to Aubrey who he couldn't hear screaming. The smile on his face disappeared when he saw the girl crying. "W-why are you crying?" Miller asked.
“I’m just thankful, Miller. Thankful because you brought me here,” she cried. Miller's heart fluttered. As of this moment, he realized that the money he spent for the two of them and Aubrey was not a waste either.
"Thank you so much, Miller!" Aubrey hugged Miller. Miller was stunned again. He stopped taking pictures then he hugged her back.
Wow, Miller. You just stepped out of your comfort zone.

“Don’t Say You Love Me” is what the group is singing as of that moment. The two couldn't believe that they had been at this concert for almost an hour. They are just vibing with the crowd as they listen to the song.
Miller closed his eyes as he listened to the song. He couldn’t understand this feeling - it was as if there were butterflies in his stomach. This song is emotional. If you listen to it and you suddenly remember your problems, you may be bored with it. These kinds of songs are on Miller's senti playlist.
He opened his eyes and turned to Aubrey. It looks like it’s time to answer Aubrey’s question earlier about ‘something’ between the two of them.
He scanned Aubrey's face. If he was a little bit more careless and not mindful, he might have fallen in love with the girl right away on the first time that they met. He suddenly remembered the day Kayden hit him in front of the school. Aubrey came there to stop the commotion. He was embarrassed inside of his head because of the softness of Aubrey's hand. The young woman may notice that his hand is rough because of housework.
For the first time ever, he was looking for a loophole in Aubrey's behaviors. What he did was not successful. He did not realize that little by little he was falling in love with the girl.
"Aubrey," he called to the girl. “It's about the question you asked earlier. . . ”
Aubrey slowly looked at his face. “I want t be your boyf—”
He was unexpectedly cut off when Aubrey's phone rang. He was sad because he had the wrong timing again. He was about to say that he wants to be her boyfriend.
When Aubrey got her phone out of her bag the call was cut off. She opened her phone and checked her messages. Miller looked away to respect her privacy. Maybe her Mommy is already saying hello.
He looked back at the stage. The song ended and was followed by another Fifth Harmony hit song "Work From Home". Its vibes are different from the previous song because here, you will definitely be able to dance.
He was surprised when Aubrey kicked him. He raised his eyebrow while smiling. "Miller, I'm sorry and I can't go home with you."
"It's OK. Tita will pick you up? ” he asked. Aubrey shook her head which left him puzzled.
“Nope. Kayden is going to pick me up, Mommy said. He said he was outside the theater, the car was parked,” she said.
Miller frowned. “Don’t be mad. You are still the one who owns this.” Aubrey pointed to her heart. Miller couldn't help but laugh - is it from cringe or because he's nervous?
“Look. You are shaking. ” Aubrey returned to watch the group perform.
