"Fuck man! Don't be so stubborn. Just sit down and chill. We'll get into a fight with what you're doing right now," Kel said frustratedly.

Mera and Kim dashed over to Ash table.

"What's going on?" Mera inquires, concerned.

"Ohh. Hello. Thank goodness you're here. Can you please make him stop? If not, send him home. He pissed the hell out of me. I might punch him any time now," Kel said, shaking his head in frustration, before drinking his beer.

"Come on, dude! We're here to help you out," Kim said, and as he was about to pat Ash on the back, Ash slapped his hands.

"NO! NO! JUST BRING ME JANE! I JUST WANT JANE!" he yelled, and everyone stared.

Mera is standing right next to him. He appears to be in a state of disarray. His hair is a mess, his shirt is crumpled, and his eyes are bright red.

*But he still looks handsome and hot,* her mind yelled. She shook her head. She shouldn't be thinking about such things right now.

She went to Ash and sat down next to him. She should take him home right now. Aunt Rose will be concerned for him.

"Hey Ash?" he called out, and the man turned to face him.

"Jane?" he blurted out, injuring Mera.

"No, it's Mera. We should go home now," she said as she assisted him in standing. She also took the beer he was holding and placed it on the table.

"Jane? Love? I'm sorry," he said, his eyes filled with pain and love, and Mera's sight of it hurt her deeply. If only he could look at Mera like that. If only she was the woman Drake is referring to.

She asked Ash friend for assistance in loading him into her car because she would be driving Ash home.

"Are you sure you'll be okay?" Kim inquired once they were outside.

"Of course," she said with a smile.

"All right, take care and stay safe," Kim said as he nodded.

Mera started the car and drove it out of the bar. Then she remembered Anj, her friend.

"Fuck! I haven't told her I'm leaving. Shit! She must've been looking for me," she grumbled.

She exhaled a sigh. She'll just call her when they arrive at Ash house.

She turned to face the man next to her. He was sleeping soundly. She kept driving, and they arrived at Ash house a few minutes later. She collapsed in her car first, then dashed to Ash and was about to unbuckle his seat belt when the man's eyes opened.

"Mera?" He blurted out her name, and Mera heart rate increased dramatically.

Hearing his say her name is out of the ordinary for her. It causes her body to shiver.

"Yes?" she inquired, her gaze drawn to the man's eyes.

Ash, on the other hand, is deafeningly silent. He's just looking at her face before moving his gaze to her lips.

Mera gulped and bit her lips unconsciously.

Ash eyes were locked on her lips, and what happened next shocked her to death.

Ash grabbed her and kissed her on the lips. Her eyes widen in surprise. She regained consciousness and closed her eyes after a few seconds. I'm sensing the sensation on his lips.

She was well aware that what she was doing was wrong. It's not proper. But she can't help herself. His lips are so soft that she can't help but kiss him back.

They kissed as if there was no tomorrow, and they were devoured by each other's sensation. Nothing but their moans can be heard inside the car. They appeared to be madly in love with each other.

Mera was completely out of her mind; she couldn't think of anything else but seizing the moment. Ash hands crawled and moved all over her body as he kissed her passionately.

Slowly and steadily, up to her hips and tummy, from her legs. Mera can feel chills, but she can't stop him from feeling them. But she regained her composure when she heard Ash mutter something.

Under their passionate kiss, he murmured, "Jane." That's when she snapped out of it and quickly parted her lips away from Drake. Drake groaned and prepared to pull her again, but she resisted.

"No! No! No Ash!" she exclaimed, frustrated.

*Shit! What on earth was I thinking? * She screamed angrily to herself, causing her hair to become tangled.

"No, please. Don't leave me. I'm begging you," he begged, as if he were speaking directly to the woman he loved. His eyes remained closed.

Mera exhaled a sigh.

"We should go to your room now; you need to rest," she said before assisting Ash in getting out of the car.

He was very heavy, but she managed to get him out of the car. They had been.

"Oh my God! What happened to him, Mera?" Aunt Rose worriedly inquired before assisting her with Ash.

"I saw him on a bar, Auntie," she replied before continuing on their way to Ash room.

"Why? He was drunk yesterday; does he have a problem?" Aunt Rose opened Drake's door.

"I'm not sure," she replied, "but his friends say her girlfriend dumped him." They had already entered the house and had dumped Ash in his bed.

"Huh? Jane?" she inquired before removing Ash clothes. As Aunt Rose began removing Ash shirt, Adeline shrugged and turned around.

She became overheated and noticed her cheeks blushing.

"I think I should go now, Auntie," she said, not turning around.

"Already? But it's almost 11 p.m., honey; it's not safe to drive outside."

"I'll be fine, Auntie."

"Oh no you won't. Your mom will be mad at me if she knows I let you went home when it's not safe. You should stay for the night." Aunt Rose insisted. She exhaled a sigh.

"But I don't have any clothes to change," she explained, to which the woman laughed.

"Don't worry, honey. I have clothes that I haven't worn yet that I think will suit you," she said as she smiled at her. Mera gave a nod. "Just wait here, okay? I'll go get it so you can change and rest as well." The woman then walked away, leaving Adeline to look around.

She's been coming to Ash house for how many years now, and she's slept in the guest room numerous times, but this is her first time in his room. He truly is a manly man. His bedroom is simply decorated in black and white.

*Hmm. Her mind muttered, "Very neat."

*That's why you like him,* her heart replied, making her smile.

She walked around the room, inspecting his belongings. She will not touch anything; instead, she will simply look at it because her curiosity compels her to do so. She began at his side table, where she noticed some photos.

Jane and Ash.
