The minute she walked out of the room, I also veered back to leave just to notice the door has been jammed shut.

"What the hell?"

I tried all I could to break the door but I ran out of energy, hence I was left doing the only thing I never knew I would.

"Hello, anyone there, please help me".

In my quest of finding out the truth, I got myself in deep shit, and to add up to my problems I was claustrophobic, my breathing increase as I banged on the door non-stop to a point I fell to the floor unconscious.

Luckily, someone heard me and rushed in to see I saw the depleting look on my face, apparently when I peeped to see who it was, Riya screamed out and rushed to send help.

"Salem? Son are you okay?".

I opened up my eyes to see everyone in the family staring worried, Riya stood behind her mom stealing glances at me.

"I am fine ma'am! I just had a panic attack!" I said letting out a deep breath.

Elena pins a weak smile and laughs, attaining a confused look on my face.

She says " I am sorry for laughing but you reminded me of someone". And by that, she meant my father, her husband, Liam Khan.

A weak smile smudge on, being aware of who she reminisced about.

"Riya, kindly go to the kitchen and get Salem a glass of warm milk".

She walks away listening to her mom's words, one by one everyone in the room left, not quite long Riya frowns as she walks into my room and placed the warm glass of milk for me.

"Make sure you drink it, she says to me!" Ambling away, "thank you Riya". Suddenly her feet froze the second I thanked her for what happened, still, not a single word was said, she walks away leaving me alone in the room.

I couldn't get myself to sleep, no matter how hard I try, " a good stroll would help me a lot!" I said to myself, as I wore my jacket and walks out of the room.

The house was a quiet as a graveyard, the fountain water surprised seized working, I veered closer trying to figure out the problem when a shadow ran past me immediately gaining my attention.

In a curious look, I looked on trying to find out who the person was and when I got to find out the truth, I saw Elena talking to a strange-looking man.

"What is going on here and who is that man?". I sneaked behind a truck places there and listened to her conversation.

Elena says in a pissed-off mood" don't give me that okay, and find a Sara, I don't want her anywhere close to me".

The strange man kept on insisting that she finds someone else to find her because, if the issue gets heard by the police, all hell will surely break loose, and walks away.

Did I need to know if it the same Sara I no, is she my Nanny? Or someone else that bears the same name as her?".

The pending question I asked myself got cleared up when Elena swore, says and I quote, "no, this cannot be happening! Sara Scott cannot stay alive! She has to die one way or the other, the same way I killed her lover and my son!.

Angered by her words, I closed my fist, as I walked back into the house, after such affirmation.

But before I do anything stupid, I have got to find my Nanny!. Smiles.

I returned into the house and walked in on Riyas's heated conversation on the phone and the guest was, her boyfriend, David. 

She yelled at him through the phone, boy was she mad, her anger can burn down the whole house, if not being taken care of.

she veered and saw me staring at her, "what?" Riya says in a pissed-off mood,  to avoid getting her aggravated mood passed on to me, I walked over to my room.

The following Morning, the calmness of my heart sank me to sleep, but eventually, a certain someone had to ruin it for me, by shouting at the top of her lungs gaining the whole family's attention.

"Riya, what is it?" Elena and everyone in the family rushed out with her hands on their head and guessed why she shouted? Become she saw the whole house decorated with flowers, urgh! What a drama queen.

"Mom, why is everywhere decorated?" She asked as if she was against it.

" What do you mean why? Did you forget that you getting engaged with David, this evening?".

I veered to see the next drama she puts one, little by little, I see no difference between Elena and her, both knew how to be overly dramatic.

"What?".

She yelled out and continue yelling to a point that a glass placed at the table, shattered! LoL, don't mind me, I was only trying to picture her shouting and maybe the shattered glass from the cup, pierced Elena, at least it will make my job easier.

But on a serious note, Riya wasn't in no way pleased by her mom's decision, surprised but why then does she act like the perfect girlfriend with him, anytime she sees me there.

Elena dragged her away, as they both continued chattering with each other, my second duty was to kept watch on everything going on, and saw how gloomy Riya looked after she spoke with Elena.

"Ungrateful bitch".  Elena vents her anger and left her sad.

The whole family left to their room, no one came to console her, as they all look on and left to start their day.

"Are you okay?" I asked being concerned about her, Riya turns and before I could get my words together, she runs over and hugged me.

*She snobs softly while hugging me, minus the annoying side of her, I wouldn't let her continue crying and not because of a woman like Elena, who's not only selfish but a murderer.

"It's okay don't cry anymore!"

Slowly I placed my hands on her hand, being a gentleman, but it felt like the demon in her plunges out, as she pushed me away from her.

"How dare you touch me, huh!"

Urgh, seriously, it was either she's crazy or most likely to be possessed by an evil spirit.

"Oh don't make me laugh Riya! I do not get pleasure touching you, and if I want to touch anyone, it would never be an angry, resentful woman like you".   I asserted out her crazy attitude.

She gasps out surprised but also vents her anger to me, "really, resent woman like me? You don't know what I been through okay and what I am about to pass through right now, so Mr. Baltimore doesn't come here and tell me to rubbish okay because you don't know me".

Riya's eyes teared up saying that to me, it felt like she was trying to send a piece of coded information, or trying to transfer her aggression on me. ( She walks away).

An hour passed, yet I still couldn't stop feeling guilty for saying such words to her, I know I might be rude, hot-tempered sometimes but I haven't been rude to a girl before, it's just that Riya just has a way of bringing the best in me,  to some of everything, she's annoying as hell, wonder how David keeps up with her.
